To begin with Osun was not created out of Oyo because it had resources to stand on its own...but rather to address new political alignments for Yoruba. Currently Osun is lagging. To fast track and upscale its peerage you need good hands with deep political connections in the region. Adeleke is new comer and has no clue. By time he begins to get a clue half the State Federal allocations had entered private pockets. He is there for that purpose...to create gap in Executive decision making so hawks can dip hands in treasury.

We boasted of a caliber of highly savvy and competent cadre of Governors across SW and now with this Adeleke we are heading East and about to install clowns like they have in Biafra. Obiano comes to mind. Shiooor!

Aku luo uno has contributed much to the tourism industry in Imo state and will still contribute much more in the coming years. Let me make it clear to you that I am not from Imo state but know much about the development taking place in the state as well as other eastern states and Igbo regions in the SS. The federal government has said that the Onitsha port will be concessioned this August. This port will open up Igboland and make Igboland more attractive for business, I just pray it was not another lie by the FG of Nigeria.

From the present look of things, Igboland is already benefiting from the Aku luo uno program but, I still don't want all Igbos, most especially those that run the biggest markets in Lagos and Abuja, to return home because, if not for them, the products we manufacture in Igboland will not get to other parts of the country. Today, Aba products and Nnewi spare parts can be found in markets outside Igboland, all thanks to the Igbo traders who leave outside Igboland and distribute our products to non-Igbos.

I plead with Igbos to STOP thinking about Nigeria and think of their own region as their homeland.

If Igbos can do like other Nigerians and consider their homeland first before any other place in "Nigeria", they would have learnt something from the tragic history of Nigeria.

When Fulani is talking about investing in "Nigeria", he is mainly talking about, Kano, Kaduna or Sokoto. Not Onitsha or Umuahia

When yoruba is speaking of investing in "Nigeria", he is talking about Lagos, Ibadan or Akure. Not Enugu , Aba or Owerri.

When Igbo is speaking of investing in "Nigeria", he is talking about Lagos, Kano, Abuja,Kaduna or Maiduguri. Not Awka, Abakaliki or Nnewi.

Ndigbo, emere unu ihea eme? If your "Nigeria" always means other people's homeland, who will develop your homeland?
