Hi guys i am a blackberry fan but please stay away from Q10 its not a good phone,it has many factory problem,go to crackberry you will read many negative comments about it almost 75% of people who own it are having problem with it
i bought 2 one for myself and one for my brother
the one with my brother is showing H network and sometimes h and it wont call out
the one i have is coming up with NO SIM DETECTED at the moment after just 2 weeks and i am sure the sim card is working perfectly,please choose another brand of blackberry if you are a true fan

Yes you are right it keeps changing,so what is the solution ?

walcolm: swipe down from the top of the screen
tap settings
tap Network connections
tap mobile network
at the bottom of the screen you'll see APN, tap it and make sure Access Point Name (APN) has 'blackberry.net' typed inside the box

if its not there, just type it yourself and save

I did everything still not working

walcolm: since its a fresh subscription, it might be a few hrs before MTN activates your sim. you can check to be sure your APN is blackberry.net other than that, no tweak is necessary
