Good day. Please advise me. I have a CRS score of 372, NOC 2123 Agriculture representative.... I am currently in the EE pool. I have researched on different pilot programs but most require job offers. I have tried submitting expression of interest to Manitoba but I don't have a friend or relative over there. What else can I do? Please help.

Your best bet is to look for how to increase your CRS to acceptable levels. PNP is not guaranteed but with the requisite hard work and time, you can work your way up to the required level of CRS. I know a 40 year old man that went to learn French and boosted his CRS to 470. He got his PPR last year.

You need to look at things like what is your highest educational qualification? If you have only B.Sc, go get a Masters (extra 39 points) or additional certificate eg CIMA, ACCA, PGD etc (extra 32 points).
Have you maxed IELTS?( I strongly doubt), you can aim for that and collect your bonus 50 points under adaptability.
How old are you? Are you married? Is your spouse younger? (they could be the PA)
Can you learn French? (why not, if you are determined).

Above all simulate your scores in each scenario and see the prospects and work towards it. Indians have finished giving IELTS since and are now busy giving TEF and collecting all the ITA slots.

Go with spouse accompanying and file for your spouse later. It's better to be apart for 1year than to wait together without PPR for a year. You are still the one to make the decision though, so make the decision that is best for your family.

471 is a very good score but I will not advise you to wait. I will also not advise you to go as unaccompanied.
Get your spouse to max IELTS (yes, it is possible) and evaluate their academic credential(s). That way, you will increase scores and stand a better chance.

New Brunswick PNP sent me an unsolicited LOI.
I responded with my EOI submission and ITA was received afterwards from NB.

Lost birth certificate. I have an old Declaration of Age affidavit. Not sure exactly what would suffice in place of an original birth certificate. Kindly advise.

I don't know about first degree but postgraduate studies acquired during one's working career can be used to claim points.

Quick question please, I have 3 years 4 months job Experience + 1 year NYSC experience with a master’s degree and I’m below 30 years. Before creating my EE profile, I checked my crs score online and it totaled 475. However on creating my EE profile, I was asked for my work experience and I chose the 2-3 years option. After transmitting my profile, my score dropped to 450. My best guess is that the score dropped because I chose 2-3 years as my work experience. I’m really confused o.. because, I thought that having 3 years or more work experience would earn me more points. I immediately withdrew the submission when I saw the drop in my score . Please I do I just add my NYSC work experience or what can I do?? cos I’m really confused at this point.

Please log in to your profile and review the start and end dates for your employment history. I am guessing what you inputted fell short of 3 years hence you lost 25 points under adaptability. If you have over 3 years experience without NYSC, please just forget the NYSC (you should however include it under personal history post ITA)

1. Does the date of issue on reference letter matter. I want to start requesting for it cos of the so many process involved. Should I get it before I clinch ITA, would it pose a challenge?

2. My employer also insist for an address, they refuse to use TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN alone, does this invalidate it. Every other thing aligns with CIC format.

If this is your current employment, I would advise you wait till you get ITA or about to get ITA (when you have enough scores). If it is a past employment, please get it now and keep

I will be at 454 if I bag my masters next year and I ace IELTS. I don't think that will be enough with the way CRS score is going up these days...

In another development, if I quickly do one short course and ace IELTS now that I am 33, my CRS score will be 452 which is just 2 points lesser than waiting to complete Masters degree next year. Is 2 points worth the stress & time to complete Masters ?

What do you think I should do now ? Should I register for BCS if it's still possible, write IELTS and dive into the pool or I should kuku wait for masters next year?

I am guessing you are already enrolled for the Masters. I'd advise you use the time between now and next year when your Masters will be ready to learn French and attempt TEF/TCF (one year could be enough is you are driven).

If you go for BCS, max IELTS and enter the pool at 452, your next birthday will still bring you down to 447 and then you are stuck.
I always advise people to be proactive. Go for the real deal. 54 points are up for grabs if you are bilingual.

Have you simulated your scores with and without her credentials, using the CRS calculator? What did you get? Have you compared the outcome with recent cutoffs.

Most importantly, have you visited the page 1 of this thread? I am guessing the answer the answer is no. In that case, please start from there and thank me later

Hello, please can you explain what you mean by you just started your application? U mean you just heard about EE and about to start the long journey or you had been in the pool and just got invited to submit your application for PR?

If the former describes your situation, please visit page 1 of this thread and read carefully, else follow the instruction on your ITA letter or visit IRCC website for more guidance

For provinces that pick from the poll (AINP, OINP, NSNP etc), they only consider primary NOCs when issuing NOIs. For SINP, your job experience is expected to be continuously in one NOC. In these circumstances, I don't see how PNP NOC would differ from that of EE profile.

I may not have all the answers but I believe if you want to seek nomination from a province, keep it simple by making your primary NOC match on both the PNP application and EE profile

IRCC asked me to tell you not to worry about the expiration of medicals. COPRs and medicals will be extended when you are ready to travel.

To be precise, my IELTS expires by end of August which I maxed out, and my birthday is just about the same time (-5 points dancing around the corner).
However, If I were to get ITA with the next draw (CRS 476) and my AOR were to fall after my birthday and the expiry of my IELTS, would that constitute a problem with my application?

As soon as you get ITA, age will not matter again. What matters is your age at the point of ITA.
I'd advise you gather your documents and be ready to submit immediately you get ITA so as to best the IELTS trap. I submitted my application 3 days after ITA. Alternatively, you can plan and rewrite IELTS so you can have ample time to file your application.

To answer you directly, WES is not interested in your past sins o-level results. Only post secondary qualifications are required and grade does not matter. What matters is that you graduated.

By financial obligation, do you mean indebtedness or a project?
If the former is the case, it has to be declared. If it is the latter, however, I do not see the need.

IRCC stipulates that your settlement funds among other things must be unencumbered by debt and be readily available both at the time you apply, while your application is being processed and when you are landing in Canada.

I have been reading a couple of conflicting views about birth certificates for this process and I am not sure which one is correct.
I plan to claim sibling points and we both have certificates issued at birth.
My question is whether I still need to get an attestation from NPC as I have seen many comments advising this but I was of the opinion that one should go the attestation route only if they cannot provide a birth cert.
My sibling's certificate looks pretty much the same as mine (same local govt issued at birth).
I would appreciate help please.

Your birth certificate is ok but honestly I would get attestation and include both if I were in your shoes

They have their requirements. I think an affidavit from a federal high court is one of them and it is not free too. Just locate their office in your state and make enquiries
