55emem55: You people just like to argue shaaaa. Minimum is 6666 if you have masters or 2 or more certificates, you can swim in the pool.
But with Bsc only, and 6666 in IELTS, you are ineligible and aint going no where. That is why we tell people to focus on having 8777 to be safe and so that they can at least enter the pool even though their CRS scores may not be high enough.
So whether you have Bsc, 2 or more certificates or masters, just focus on having 8777 to be on a safer side. Or if your power can carry you, max out. I agree they need to focus on 8777 but that does not prevent them from creating an EE profile. Many people have gotten NOIs for PNP while they were still working to improve their IELTS scores. Tie breaker rule is also another factor that comes to mind. If the person has 2 or more certificates or Masters, it is possible there is an error somewhere rendering the profile ineligible. My first profile was also ineligible and I was able to correct it immediately. Things like POF, job experience dates, NOC etc needs to be paid attention to |

55emem55: WRONG INFO!!! Please stop staying what you don't know. Research before giving false information.
ACCA F1-F3 is evaluated by WES as one year certificate.
Do yourself some due diligence to do your research first. Both of you are right. WES has been inconsistent in evaluating F1-F3. I and several other people got one semester, a lot others got one year and I know someone who got 3 years (Yes, 3 years with F1-F3) |

saskatoonguy: I need your help please guys. Can I use 100% gift deed as POF for family of 3 in Canada Express Entry FSW program?
Option 1. I would be the PA and my Sister(in Canada) is willing to help but i guess the only way is to gift the Money through our Dad and dad do a gift deed to help our process.
Option 2 : My sister help with the amount and find a way to transfer it to my Husband which we will present my Husband's account for POF.
Please Guys, Is there a better option that can be recommended? No hard and fast rule but to the best of my knowledge option 1 is tested and trusted |

Pls, in uploading documents after ITA, does LOE for POF and gift deed go under proof of funds or optional documents? Can LOE for spouse's visa refusal go under the optional documents of the PA since the optional documents section for spouse isn't activated?
Thank you in advance In my case, I merged it into a single PDF together with other POF documents. Under optional documents, I uploaded my normal LOE explaining other aspects of my application |

Asking: Good morning all. please I've been searching for answers every where on the web still have not found answers to this can someone that used nysc to calm one year work experience help me out.
period of employment, do I need to put exact dates? Or I could just leave it as August 2014 - July 2015?
Also, should the letter state that I was working there as part of the NYSC scheme? Or should it just be portrayed as a regular employment?
I was thinking of adding both my NYSC pay and PPA pay to show annual income. Is this appropriate?
Thanks a lot for your help! No need for exact dates; month and year are enough. Please do not mention NYSC. Just assume you were employed in your PPA for the period and let your reference letter say just that much. Please do not be offended but if you are yet to ace IELTS, do work on your punctuations else it will affect your writing scores. |

winner01: Hello house, I have a small issue. I stated that I have a family in Canada but was not given the 15 points for "relative in Canada" because the family is an aunt. Now I have an ITA and I need to prove that I have a relative in Canada. Can I simply remove this detail in personal detail when uploading my documents because even though I can get her PR card or citizenship proof, I can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that she's my aunt because we've not lived together for decades now? Also it won't reduce my CRS score since I wasn't given points for it in the first place.
Please I need your advice. You only need to add details of your parents and siblings but do recalculate your eligibility points under the 67 points grid |

Or Dom account. NGN475 to $ from Aboki. Consider the turn around time to open account and receive a debit card (i doubt dom account debit cards are instant). Currently even exploring the student route, if that one pans out, I will take it. If I were you I would focus on French. Yes, it is hard but not impossible. Good news is it is within your control unlike the various PNP routes that you can't be sure of.. I was seriously on this French route last year. It was very difficult at the beginning but it later became interesting and I was almost getting ready when one of the provinces sent me NOI from no where and before I could say Buhari nomination was waiting for me on my profile. Dennyjuff: Good evening guys, plz I have a somewhat perculiar question . I have this young boy who’s been staying with me now for four years. I’d like to include him in the family’s canadian PR application.. his dad is late and his mum alive. I understand that to be able to include him as a family member, We will have to adopt him. My dilemma here is,1) is it possible to adopt a child when the biological mother is still alive? 2)we intend for him to join us in Canada after his university degree that should be about 6years from now... if we get PR now, his will expire in 5years since he won’t be living there with us immediately. Is it best to go and file for him to come later without including him to the PR application now? Is the COPR renewable?? Please your advice will be appreciated. Thank you. In my opinion, since you are not going with him now, do not complicate your application by adding him (likely interview). Just process tour application and go then encourage him to study hard, get the requisite experience, ace IELTS and file for himself. He can also join you via the study route while he gets his PR later |

Although the draws have become unpredictable, going by the 2 week trend, there might be another one on 19th Aug which is the same day I turn a year older. I am currently on 474 and I'm preparing for and thinking of redoing the IELTS exam to max out this time. This is why I want to know if the ship has sailed and I will lose points on that day (whether or not ITA comes through) so I can just face my exam jeje or wait until that day to go ahead and pay for the exam. I will appreciate all the advice I can get. If I were you, I would just face my exams squarely with a view to maxing out |

Lastly, we do have up to 2milion in our Pension account, and we been family of 3, can we just add up the remaining 3.6m with the pension money? if yes, what is the procedure? 1 year 6 months per IRCC (but Nigerian PCC is issued with a 3 month validity clause) Yes No No, your 2 million pension only amounts to 500k (the 25% that is accessible to you if you are out if job for 4 months) in the POF calculation. The numbers are provided for the CO to confirm any information they aren't clear about with regards to your employment there. Most times, if they can get information about your organization via open sources and your documents leave no room for doubts, they don't call.
Remove your number please. Only include your HR's or supervisor's number. What I understand is that his number preprinted on the letter headed paper |

Mamaroon: Ok. But seems like the concern about education experience and ability to be economically settled had not be addressed. If it was me I would also do an LOE stating my education which is backed up by ECA, my language results backed up by IELTS and my POF. It should be obvious to the officer...but doesn't hurt stating it. Is there any comment about your eligibility, the whole 67/100?
You can submit the ADR docs again via CSE/webform. It doesn't hurt.
Perhaps you should also provide the evidence of your tbill again. Officer doesn't seem to account for it.....unless it is noted elsewhere in your notes.
All the best! I guessed the officer formed the opinion because the treasury bills was not recognized as part of POF. An updated POF via webform should be able to address it |

GIFTY11: I just received my IELTS results and I don't know how to feel Listening- 9 Writing -7.5 Speaking- 7.5 (I am grateful for this because the speaking experience was a night mare. It was around 7pm on the test date and I was drained.)
Reading- 7.5 . This is my dilemma. I am disappointed and surprised. During practice at home my scores were 40- 38. Then seeing a 7.5=36 has demoralised me.
Should I rewrite another IELTS? Stimulated score with 7.5 reading = 471 With 8 in reading = 474.
I have ACCA (diploma) and 3 years work experience.
What are my chances of getting an ITA this year.
Please any advice will be appreciated because I am already feeling different emotions.
I know that remarking reading is not wise, but I am sure I did really well. Infact the reading was my easiest band. Should i remark?
This was my first attempt. There is nothing to be demoralized about. This is an excellent result. You don't know how many people out there wishing for this very result. Kindly update your score on your profile and prepare to rewrite immediately with a view to maxing it out this time. At this point, 1 point can be very decisive |
