Yes o...am a huge fan of Gombe cos i served there in 2013,and i enjoyed myself.
Reasons for loving Gombe. 1)you can get everything you have in lagos in gombe.they are classy fun loving people.It is not as conservative as Most Northern states.
2)if you know how to hustle you will sure make alot of money.
3)if you are in the Medical line,the north is a very good place to start a career.
4)gombe indegenes are very accomodative especially when you do not interfere in their religion
5)cost of living and feeding also transportation is very low.
6)if you have lived in lagos and other shouty noisy places when you serve in the North or Gombe you will understand that the Real Rich and classy people dont Shout or make noise to prove their wealth.
7)Beautiful street lights and access Roads.Nice shopping experiences.
if you are a guy and seem to check babes out...You get to find Beauties from head to toe without makeup and Beautiful looking skins without Brazilian hairs or skinny jeans.yet are extremely attractive.
9)Hanging out is very flexible and Private.You can Get the Best if you have the money.
10)it is a good place for Nature Lovers.the landscaping,vegetation,multicultural set up and local cuisines are appealing.

Besides this morning when I checked using the old DOB of 1991 which was incorrect the response I got was no records found so I dunno what u mean by that....

I don't have any issues again and that's my joy

I have posted the emails for those who need it..

Before u can log into the website you will be asked for your date of birth that's how I got to know

Initially when I frst checked I used 1990 which is the correct DOB but the response was no records found then I tried 1991 and my details popped up.

Then I sent that email and checked today using 1990

and I saw my details.....

I think the error has been corrected and uploaded to my details on the NYSC Senete list

Last week I sent a Mail to Sidmach tech explained the whole issue scanned my original birth certificate and attached it to the mail and then I forwarded the mail also to NYSC email as well. So I tried checking this morning using my correct DOB which is 1990 and viola I saw my names with " your record has been uploaded successful you can now register "

NOTE: for those who had similar issues shuld send a mail to Sidmach or NYSC attached the required documents maybe you might stand a chance!

For those who will be posted to Cross river state. I must let you know these few things :
1- The camp environment is very dirty and muddy ,hostels won't be kept tidy neither will you get clean water
2- Don't expect good meals in camp unless you visit the maami market
3-Be on the look out for your items because Obubra corpers usually act funny , get a mosquito treated net along with your items and don't pack too many loads 4-Endeavor to make good friends ,inorder to make your 3weeks interesting and always be the first in attendance if any NGO show up looking for volunteers.
5- Calabar municipal ,Calabar south ,Obubra ,Ogoja and ikom are the best places to serve but good accomodation & good foods are not easy to come by unless you can pay good money. I wish you guys all the best ,I'm a 2015 Batch A corp member . Feel free to mail me if you have any question.
