yea but you know not all the stocks are ethical compliant e.g the banks, insurance, achohol companies etc. Dangote, okomu, mtn, carbury are compliant

i am not sure the unit price go down frequently. Its best you buy now and enjoy its appreciation and also quarterly rentals.

Cowrywise is like an agent, they buy directly from lotus and sell in smaller units to investor . On cowrywise, they charge you processing fee and you can buy for as low as 100naira . While lotus the minimum investment starts from 10k or thereso.
For monitoring of your investment, cowrywise is better because you can easily monitor online while lotus you have to send mails or call cs .

My girl was trying to download a source file yesterday and it was about 1.4GB. She didn't even ask me before she started doing it and it made me reflect on some economics.

Years back, 200MB was about N1000, today 1k (which is weaker) can get you 1.5GB on MTN. (I'm on HyNetflex 800GB at 90k for 6 months, which means I'm even paying like N112.5 for 1GB)

This is a very clear example on how increasing our productive capacity will be better for the country at large. It doesn't matter if the N1000 has devalued, depreciated or whatever, you can simply get more value for it now.

Imagine this is replicated for food, clothing e.t.c We won't have this much craze about USD because you will obviously have a lot more disposable income, and can afford 10 times more than you used to.

i always wonder too how inflation rate works, because people complain that making 10% a year is still a negative rate as a result of inflation.

I invested in this guys agriculture business last year.

It was to be for 5 months to cultivate corn and sell when it is dried, and I was to get my returns by October ending 2019.

Since then it has been one excuse or the other, until his number stopped going through and my messages on Whatsapp stopped delivering.

I strongly believe he blocked my number because I messaged him with a friend's number on Whatsapp and the message delivered with double ticks. After that, consequent messages stopped delivering.

Why don't you guys do research? There are credible companies that do this (like farmcrowdy) and they actually cover your money with insurance, so that if anything happens the insurance company pays back your investment.

Before you sent money for any investment to the scammer what is the protection for your money? Did he show you and did you verify from the government copy of his registered farmland documents?

Did you request for copy of his international passport and bvn number and also verify the two?

Did you visit the farmland unannounced to meet the villagers to know who owns the farmland, and who farms there?
Did you verify his sales outlet etc?

thats why i called him out here for others to learn and not make the same mistake

Such a thing could be painful. I understand their pains to the level of coming out with all these derogatory labels giving to Mr Agbaje. I have been in that position before, so I do understand their feelings very well.

But then again, in my own personal opinion, I think Mr Agbaje Said doesn't sound like a scammer. I have never transacted or invested with him before, so I might be wrong on my opinion about him.

Am a business man, and I have dealt with a lot of people. So base on experience and going by the argument he put forward, I think Mr Agbaje Said is far from being a scammer.

Please, don't get me wrong. He might have some habits which I do not know but am convinced that HE IS NOT A SCAMMER.

When you collect people's money you should not hide anything from them, be transparent. When you hide things because u are afraid of you reputation and image being damaged. So the very thing u are running away from has finally happened. I do biz online too, I understand how one negative comment can make 1000 positive comments ineffective. But I pray u overcome this and wish u quick recovery.

To the investors, if you call him any names worse than the one u called him, u are justified. But I want you to know that this guy never denied collecting money from you. And he promised to pay back. Please be patient. After all, he mentioned that u have collected ROI investment before things went bad. Please, tarnishing his image will never help both of you here, trust me. Please and please, I beg the both parties. And I will really appreciate if you can edit you Headline and reconstruct it in a better way.

What i am really concerned and made me call him a scammer is he said the investment didnt go well since last yr with different excuse . So all the farming he did he meant to say nothng yielded at all

He demanded extra 250k this oct for logistic and harvest. I sent it to him that at last something is going to yield since then he has been giving excuse till he blocked my line.
I messaged with another line he had to deny he didnt block that it was service. Later on he blocked the line too till i called him out before he came out to respond here .
Even till now he has not communicated to any investors on what the problem is and how to repay back .
If you check his other username here @samurfarms around the same time i sent 250k he his soliciting for loan and also more investment from new guys

Thanks @healthserve for your inputs. There are many transactions i done here on nairaland which were all successful and i have made few friends. I wouldnt allow the bad eggs discourage me but we must always called them out for the benefits of others.
He should say what he has done with the 475k he said to have collected and why he has not sent it . And why he has been giving excuses ; sleeping in the farm , not home yet, went to kaduna for wedding , not with token etc
