SMN is very dry. They are too distracted. They talk about so many irrelevant things

Enough of this morgan talk. Morgan to me is a means to an end. If u are a trader, Morgan is for you. With a marginal gain you can sell. Morgan encourages active trading. With a gain of 10% you are good to go. For investors cashcraft is for you. They are ain't going nowhere. Just keep buying and hold enjoy dividend payouts and transfer your shares to your grandchildren.

Morgan makes sense o I can't imagine myself selling or buying blindly anymore. I think Morayo is no longer there a new girl pick my calls today. Morayo was so slow and lazy. I have accounts with witchcraft investment one and morgan. But I use only morgan now

myjoy08: Madam, the 1.35% is just for their brokerage fees not inclusive of other miscellaneous fees and commission. I think the aggregate is almost 1.90-2.15% for buy. I might be wrong sometimes. And yet the services rendered is woeful.
cashcrafthuh They are the union bank of stock brokers damn. Thank God for their suspension
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bigass(f): 1:36pm On Jul 10, 2014
Born2beRich1: When they say Awoof (0.025% fee) dey run bele, una no listen. I await morgan to create a nairaland account to enable them address issues here like meritrade. smiley
Smh.this has nothing to do with their brokerage fees. Cashcraft charges 1.35 and they give rubbish services The problem was not from morgan but from NSE. One of their Machines was down. And as soon as it was rectified Morgan came back on. FYI Alot of people want Morgan down.

nitrogen: Oh bigass, are you telling me to go back to school? embarassed embarassed embarassed
depends on how u see it. My point is enough of this Oando postulations. Most people bad mouth Oando to bring the price down. The woman was pressured yet it took almost 2yrs to get the consent
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bigass(f): 11:41am On Jul 10, 2014
nitrogen: Of course propositions will get you to a very good level in many cases, a company with an above par history with cool propositions will get away with many things.

By the way, the woman was pressured to do the needful, believe me, those guys were really desperate (like they had their lives on the deal, no going back), un-audited quarters' results weren't that fantastic, wrapping up the deal would actually help them to restate the results of the coy and present it in a good light. Aside all that, bad result(s) all the way.....

Smart people rule the planet earth!

Don't quote me!
I think you need to read what ministerial consent is all about. Google it and read it

4dchairman: The way I structured my portfolio was based on risk aversion, ideal for managing mutual funds,it was a slow steady growth(1% growth in a week no matter what the market is saying) but one faithfull night I just got a divine revealation of restructuring the portfolio,I disinvested from the crawling stocks and started buying the moving ones without a loss.Today 50% of my portfolio is in stock A ,25% in stock B,the remaing %age in 4 other stocks. Avoidance of loss limits the ability to make substantial gain in the long term.
whats this stock A

coldFLARES1: hope this scalping no go cause problem for the provider of the "concrete" info o. Especially, if the percentage appreciation of the new stock dey low compared with the ship that was jumped, over a time period. All of us dey here wen one innocent somebody receive tonguelash for attempting to help another someperson. Anyways, I am equally a testament to the fact old things (acids) may have passed (neutralized) away.
Forget old things

I think I will exit TRANSCORP to enter Forte Oyel
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bigass(f): 5:42pm On Jul 09, 2014
Agbalowomeri: No be everybody dey exit loss positions na; in essence some of us no dey take losses. The drift is that u fit exit loss position come enter another loss while the former position recover. When I'm in a loss position, I just chill until I'm able to recover my money. For example, I entered oando at 27 in the first bull, the thing come go down to 16, even 14, I waited until it climbed to 33, I quickly recover my money. I once learned when I exited nem at a loss to enter skye at 4.5; skye nose dived again so na double loss for me. So I no dey exit losing positions again, because u don't know what would happen in the next position
I can exit at a loss when i have a concrete info on another stock of which I will enter.

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by bigass(f): 10:04pm On Jul 08, 2014
myjoy08: In support of 4dchairman's comment, Concerning Transcorp, One of the main driver in the board of Transcorp was stating through some discussion with some people that "Investors or Traders should be ready to buy Transcorp @10 naira". You can use that quote as one of your due diligence. So, don't be surprised by the huge bids and volume you are seeing...sooner it might not be available for sometime.

God bless you all.
Even though I have made about 57%ROI on Transcorp the fair value to me is 2.20

eagleeye2: I complained here sometime ago that I have not received my dividend warrant from first bank. I have sent a mail to first registrars and they said the DVD warrant has been sent. But am yet to receive it in my post office box.
is it possible for the post office officials to corner my dividend warrant?
What steps could I take to see that my little effort is not in vain?
Abeg I need advice.
The DVD is the annual report. The warrant cheque is a paper. Wait it will come. which state are you?

kotlass: There are actually about 5 stock broking firms who have blazed the trail in the introduction of online trading. They all have different names for their product. Meritrade(Meristem Securities), Investnow(UBACapital), iTrade(MorganCapital), LeadTrader(LeadSecurities), eTrader(CapitalBancorp). The choice is yours.

@Born2berich1; Proshare did a profile of the products some days back. Can you help share?
Do Others give you access to NSE live tradeshuh?
