Technology Market / Re: Which Brand Has The Best Air Conditioner? by Bigboss322: 4:46pm On Jun 25, 2021
It's pretty hard to pick one. This is a pretty subjective question. I am using some ACs from Philips inside of my apartment and I am really happy about them. I've only had common problems, but I've called someone from https://www.airconservicing.org/ and they've managed to solve the issue. It's really important to read the reviews and make sure that they are not written by bots. A friend of mine has bought an AC because of the reviews and it turned out that they were fake. Always double check when it comes to this
Nairaland / General / Re: Harry Potter Movie Director Recalls Stress Of Adapting The Book by Bigboss322: 1:57pm On Mar 05, 2021
I love Harry Potter. It's amazing how many things have developed from a couple of books. Movies, merch, restaurants, almost anything that you can think of. I must admit that I am pretty obsessed with this series. I have bought mugs, pens, notebooks and I have even visited some places in the United Kingdom related to Harry Potter. I've convinced my friends to start watching it and now we are having a community of people that love this. Going from website to website, I was able to find this interesting quiz from https://www.solutiontales.com/quiz/harry-potter-house-quiz-let-the-sorting-hat-decide-where-you-belong/ and I must say that it's a fun way of knowing to which house you belong

I don't even want to end up in a condition like this. Taking care of your parents in your home is a great thing, but it can be pretty tiring. I am fortunate enough to have parents that don't any help, even if they got old. Some of my friends have decided to put their parents in nursing homes like https://serenityoaksassistedliving.com/living-options/assisted-living/ and mine have told me that they would rather want that than to have me taking care of them. It's a difficult situation, to be honest. You don't even know which is the best option for everybody and you want everybody to be satisfied. I certainly don't want to end up on my death bed, looking and my kids and telling them that they didn't take care of me

I wish someone else could send me his opinion

Webmasters / Re: How To Download Youtube Videos Using The ‘ss’ Trick by Bigboss322: 12:35pm On Dec 20, 2020
Interesting, never heard of this trick. I usually just convert them and it works amazing for me. I'ma kindergarten teacher and this site https://ymp4.download is my best friend. It's quite hard playing them directly from youtube in front of 3 to 5 years olds cause if the connection is slow, which it usually is, you just have to hear crying and screaming, which is not at all the point of the activity, quite the opposite actually. Anyway, sometimes I also like to just convert songs and do a dance hour, or make them short videos with themselves with music in the background. You understand why I said it's my best friend, right?

These look amazing, exactly what my kids love at parties, they are crazy for those bouncy castles. I usually hire one for their birthday parties from a site, but damn if you stop and add up the costs over the course of some years it adds up to a lot let me tell you. I always thought that hiring was cheaper than buying, but we have another child on the way and I assume that he will love them just as much and I think I'm gonna invest in one from here https://www.jollyjumps.com.au/buy/ cause I read some reviews and they seem to have nice stuff on there and a friend hired from them and said it was good quality.
Where can I find some more feedback?
Art, Graphics & Video / Re: I Want To Learn How To Draw. by Bigboss322: 5:19pm On Nov 03, 2020
It's never too late to start drawing I know this from my personal experience. I started drawing at the age of 19 and to be honest, I wasn't very good at it, but in time with a lot of practice, I started to draw better. In my opinion, the greatest improvement was when I bought body-kun drawing figurine dolls that helped me a lot with the understanding of the human body and how it looks in dynamic. Also, it helps me make better compositions with humans and to understand when a certain posture looks better. So I recommend you to try these figures maybe they will have the same effect as in my case.
Gaming / Re: Benefits Of Educational Social Graph Games For Kids by Bigboss322: 12:23pm On Oct 25, 2020
Honestly yeah, I remember the online games I used to play when I was little, some snake, some Tetris, some sketchy car racing, and sims, sims was the best, so not talking about those, haha. No, but in all reality, I don't think that if you tried to make kids in preschool learn something educative from these it would have been possible, like they were for passing time, nothing too deep about them. On the other hand, now as a preschool teacher, we have so many games to choose from when thinking about the ones that would be beneficial to kids. Like, now we are using this one https://apps.apple.com/us/app/preschool-games-zoolingo/id611668665 and the kids looove it.
