So this house didn't finish , what a shame followed it from page one to thirteen and all I see is argument. It's a wrong move to argue with the client. If I was in play I will settle everything with the client off court (NL) and if we can't reach to a conclusion then we terminate the contract, then I move on with my post. Your client has actually tarnished your image but I believe in you toh. I'm in business and I know some clients just behave somehow so am not gonna judge anyone. Goodluck.

This one happened in 2004 , we were parking from our house to another location. It was early in the morning exactly 6:15am. My dad and bro were at the sitting room while I was fooling around .. then suddenly the front door opens and this two guys , the guy in the front pointing a revolver at me, I was dead still, raised my two hands up, laid on the floor without anyone giving me instructions. Like two seconds later I had my dad screaming in Igbo(Thief!!! Thief!!!) In my mind all I was saying is let this man keep quiet does he want us all dead. They went to his room , ransacked it , came back and asked him for his money and where he kept it. My dad was acting dumb then one of the guys pointed a gun at his head by this time I was saying my last prayers and I was flat on the ground, could see what was happening by my side that's where my dad was. Cut the long story short. They left with #315k and my Nike kicks.

Second one (2002)was when I went to a shop to buy Omo and there was a robbery in progress. They told all of us to enter , robbed the woman. Then they left and guess what the owner of the shop was screaming ole ole Ile. Two Shots and everyone was lying down on the tarred road. Where was I? Obviously bidding in the shop behind nicely stacked bags of rice. .

Your suggestions and tips are so valuable. I hope those that market properties on Nairaland take heed. As someone based abroad, I use Nairaland as one of my sources to locate land for residential purposes and farming.

Many of the posts are dissapointing. They provide incomplete information, no pictures, no info about documents available, and surprisingly sometimes they do not include contact information.

I guess it's due to the fact that most agents in Nigeria are freelancers and they feel that accommodation is pivotal to living hence you look for them. I heard an agent tell me one time that the clients ought to look for and beg them. Which is very bad. I hope realtors in Nigeria Behind themselves up. Thanks for your input. What kinda property are you looking for ?
