Something like this happened during the time of offuneka and Richard. They were all drunk. I think they were remaining 5 housemates in the house. I can't really remember what Richard did but people kept on saying he violated her. Yet biggy didn't do anything. Perhaps social media wasn't so strong then. Maybe he would have been disqualified. Who knows.

u r right. i have seen several BB editions where drunk HMs did stuffs with each other, that they couldnt even remember the next day. It's clearly the power of social media. If his disqualification was down to the video I saw, then that was too watery and cheap, cos what i saw was kemen trying to explore and satisfy his undying lust for Tboss, he even noticed the camera, hence tried to cover with the sheet. I think he was exploring until Tboss probably sensed what he was doing, then she turned her back against him, he backed off after then. I think the punishment would have been justifiable if he had insisted on the the exploration, or if Tboss had screamed at him. well, he'll really need a strong PR to manage his battered public image. social media gats no chill mehn, no one wanna know how less serious the case was, all they know about Kemen now is him being a molester, a repist, a sexual predator...in fact someone just said "kemen was evicted because he raped Tboss and he was about raping Uriel b4 the ninjas came to arrest him" and i was like wtf....This guy's career don finish..shame.

i don't even think it was Tboss who complained. that would be childishness on her part, considering that she can approach kemen and talk to him about it like she did some weeks back. I think the public outcry on the incident made big brother take action. however, she had the power to manage the situation by claiming she was aware of him touching touching..The camel back was broken when she claim not to have consented.

As for Kemen, it's really sad what happened to him. I don't support what he did and I will never do, however Tboss isn't a kid, she's 33 years old! She could have stood up immediately from the bed when she noticed what Kemen was doing. From the video, she woke up and knew exactly what Kemen was up to. She could have also defended him in the diary room when she was summoned and then later on talk to him about it, she is an adult for God's sake not some teenager.

One thing I am sure is Kemen did not just wake up one day and decide to touch her the way he did his morning, she must have given him some signs. For instance, there was a time she called Kemen herself to give her a massage. Tboss has always hated Kemen and she got the chance to kick him out. She just shattered the guy's dream and it's sad.

I choose to give Kemen the benefit of doubt until I know the full gist!

dem dey pursue Kemen from village..to even later discover that he had the lowest vote, meaning he would have still been honorably evicted, further confirms it. Tboss has repeatedly embarrased Kemen, she has always shown open disgust for the dude's look, I just wonder y he never gave himself sense and back off..Tboss had the opportunity to knock him out, and she used it. I am sure if it was John or miyonse in the same situation, she would have defended/saved them. besides, Tboss had b4 now expressed her displeasure to him (twice that i know of) about how he tries to grope her on d bed, so i guess his predatory reputation in the house was enough to solidify the reason for his disqualification. back to square one for the ungentle man. We dey expect am for Uyo tomorrow.

My few points of kemen and Tboss saga:

1. If it's true that kemen actually touched Tboss's private while sleeping then he 's guilty as charged. Its actually a sexual assault.

As ladies, lets always remember that guys are moved by what they see.. To be fair.. Its only an impotent man that would not be. Moved sexually at the sight of a lady' s body... However, this is where self control comes in.. All men should be able to control their sexual urge even when at difficult situation.

Secondly, The truth is out of all the girls in the house, Tboss is basically the only one who reveals a part of her body at any given situation. She had constantly fed the eyes and minds of the guys with her br**st. For crying out loud, a proper ady should know that they have hormones running in dir system and should do anything not to spark up that hormone knowing fully well that many of them are sexually starved especially living with alone with beautiful ladies. Thankfully, other male housemates had self control.. which kemen lacked.

In a nutshell, inasmuch as a guy is meant to have self control a lady is also expected to ensure she doesn't send the wrong message across to guys as well as help them cos dey are moved by what they see.

Good morning all
I saw this thread and was encouraged at the level of feedback and successes in visa application.

Please i need help. My husband was denied the south African visa at the Abuja office some time in January 2017. The reason of his visa reques was for a medical residency exchange program at the university of Kwazulu natal SA. We attached the relevant documents and also a letter of invitation from the school describing the details of the program.

In the rejection letter, they stated that if he attempts to re-apply, his application would not be attended to until 6 months from the date the rejection letter was issued. Unfortunately his program has started, and we had paid for his return ticket. This has made us shift his flight with its attendant cost. (very depressing). The reason for rejection were that the documents "not convincing" or credible (PS.All documents were legitimate)

My question is "can we reapply NOW despite the warning stated on the rejection letter. We had called some visa agencies and the feedback were mixed as some said nothing could be done about it until 6 months later and others said we should disregard the warning and reapply. The cost of reapplication and the possible shift in flight is really mind and pocket draining for us.

Kindly advice on what to do please.
