Politics › Re: Grant Amnesty To Bandits — Sheik Gumi Tells FG (Video) by bigfish3k:
All of you are eyeing Niger delta oil money

You said you will deal with them later if they continue after you must have granted them amnesty.

But why can't you deal with them now afterall they are criminals because from your statement you have the capacity to deal with them since and you refused doing it while you allowed Nigerians to be killed needlessly. Then you are complicit.

Again, what about the amnesty granted boko haram.
Have they stopped the killings?
And why have you not dealt with boko haram.

Mtchew. What am I even saying self. I thought the president and commander in chief said that they are foreign herdsmen.
So why are you using our money to pay foreign herdsmen and still build economically unviable railway to Niger republic

Compensation is not the solution.

Dealing with the root of the matter is what is needed.

Arresting, prosecution and sending back killer and rapists foreign fulanis back to their countries of Origin is what Nigerians demand

But I thought its herdsmen, kidnappers, rapists, boko haram, Iswap, bandits that you are supposed to be rooting out.

But I still wonder why there is no intelligence gathering on herdsmen, kidnappers, rapists, boko haram etc
Politics › Re: Army Confirms Joint Operation With Police In Orlu LG, Imo State To Root Out IPOB by bigfish3k:
The defence minister said that we should defend ourselves because the government can no longer cope.

Some easterns came together and started defending themselves to the extent that South East became one of the safest regions to travel around.

Instead of compliments, you are now ganging up to root them out

I don’t remember you but maybe as is often the case people hear what they want to hear. I don’t believe in Nigeria. Full stop! It’s not a question of structure. We had the same structure many are calling for and guess what?......it didn’t work and eventually led to a coup and civil war.

I implore you to read as much as you can about Nigerian political actors since the early 1900s. From the days of Herbert Macaulay, through to the formation of the NYM, to the struggle for independence and the actions afterwards at least up till the civil war.

If you do without any ethnic bias, I believe you will come to the same conclusion. Nigeria cannot work as a country, If it couldn’t work then, it won’t work now restructure or no restructure!

My parents always said a lazy man grumbles about his tools. The same reason Nigeria did not work then is the same reason it isn’t working now and will not work under any system except possibly a true confederation ...the people are too different ideologically, socially, politically and culturally to work together without distrust!!

We really have nothing in common with each other!
Truth.
Exactly what I have been preaching because me I hate deceit.

Is it not Abubakar that gave us this constitution?

lets go our seperate ways, if you read Nigerian history and events dating back to the 1940s even during the colonial era, we have always had problems with each other.
I am surprised seeing you type this

I thought you were against me a while ago when I was trying to convince you that Nigeria can never work the way it is structured

wink2015:
General Abdulsalami Abubakar hear this !

What did you do to stop the seeming disintegration during your time as Head of State?

You foisted on Nigeria the 1999 constitution that was purely Unitary in a country that has regional and diverse settings.

Now you are issuing CROCODILE TEARS warning.

If it disintegrate we will take it like that.

Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and former USSR disintegrate and they are still living peacefully apart.

Eritrea, South Sudan etc are countries that broke and they are still living with the country they break away from peacefully as neighbours.

NO SHAKING.
You forgot to add East Timor that broke away from Indonesia

I still don't know why the north sees disintegration as a bad thing

Mumu!
With the way igbos are enjoying everything in Lagos. From money, business down to property. 50% of riches in south east was made from Lagos.
Tinubu made enemies from the indigenous group of some lagosian because of the way he’s giving Igbos freedom in Lagos to do as they wishes, appointing them in positions. Just check Sam egwube. The budget of Lagos is being administered by an Igbo man. Same with Nigeria and both men are chosen by tinubu and they are both igbos.
Sometimes I just pity the man cuz u can’t satisfy humans even if u give them ur eyes to see.
The only hatred for Tinubu is just pure ethnic hatred because if there is even any tribe tribe hating on tinubu. It should be the Yoruba people themselves or maybe Hausa too sha. But sincerely it is unfair for Igbo people to hate on the man.
Sometimes I see the reason why Buhari doesn’t want to have anything do with the igbos because when he see things they are saying about the Tinubu that have been accommodating them in Lagos since 1999 without any intimidation, killings or undue influence. They do their business peacefully, live, feed, marry and raise family here in Lagos without fear of being killed or lynched base on ethnic or religious sentiments unlike the north.
The only reward they give Tinubu is constant swearing and unapologetic opposition daily from one trend to the other. We the Yoruba’s and Lagosians are anxiously waiting for post 2023.
Stop talking trash
Igbos have been existing and making it in Lagos before Tinubu's 1999 governornish reign.

Yorubas fought in a civil war for igbos to be in Lagos because of our value.

Have you forgotten how igbos were treated during the elections by your Tinubu. Another Tinubu stooge threatened to push them into the lagoon.

Before the advent of Tinubu, Igbos progressed more in Lagos.
Igbos won up to house of reps in Lagos but now he rigged them all out.

I repeat igbos will suffer more if Tinubu becomes president.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu never said that he will restructure Nigeria. No one can as long as the North is part of this country and hold so much influence. But Tinubu will use his years of experience in governing a complex and complicated state like Lagos to bring about drastic turn around in the affairs of the country. The change will surely be for good.
But tinubu hates igbos

Igbos will suffer more under him than with bubu

My annoyance with Jonathan is that he was so clueless he couldn't detect his enemies. He regarded everybody as friends.
