I got this a while ago. Submitted complete online application since April 1st. Got AIP August 6th. Maybe I have to wait a while before deferring to January or may be try the online class option. Anyone else in this boat? Thank you for choosing to study at Fleming College for the September 2020, Fall intake! The College has worked tirelessly to ensure robust program delivery in an online format for Fall 2020. Students will achieve the same learning outcomes in this format as they would face-to-face. To ensure you get off to a great start in your studies this Fall, you will receive your schedule prior to receiving your Approval in Principle (AIP) as we hope that you will have your VISA or AIP by September 15, 2020. To receive your schedule, your must have paid your full fees and not have any outstanding admissions requirements for your program. I submitted a complete application with upfront medical since April 1. Background Check, Eligibility review and review of medicals has been on since May. I got AIP August 6 with no changes in the check and reviews. Course start date is Sept 8. I see other's medical review completed within days of submission. The wait hasn't been easy. Thinking of deferring till January start date. I have however applied for GCMS note and still waiting. Deferment might be the next best alternative. Don't know if anyone is in same boat. Online submission anyway. |
Urgent please.... is walk in service still on ![]() |
12th week with upfront medical; biometric still active from my previous application. Hello Middle2 They have not sent medical request or you did it upfront
|
12th week today since I submitted my online SP application. I hope the delay is for good. |
I have applied to several schools for my wife but no admission yet. Does it take so long to get admission? I learnt applying early for study visa is the best. What's the time frame to get admission approval normally? |
OmoBendel24:Can a representative pick this up with the slip or must be applicant? Thanks. |
If visa is approved and the applicant traveled outside Lagos same day, what are the options to arrange passport delivery through DHL to applicant's home state. Given that passports are sent here: Victoria Island - Lagos DHL Plot 230 Muri Okunola Street Victoria Island, Lagos. Applicant did not make any arrangement with DHL before leaving Lagos. |
Candybright:Will it be an issue if I shift the training from January to April? I am concerned about processing time and the training will be repeated in April. The previous refusal was still Canada |
My application was refused because I did not declare previous refusal. This was an honest oversight because when I was filling the form I tick no in all those places thinking they were all the usual background questions about criminal, terrorism, drugs and health questions. But I tackled my previous Canada denial in a cover letter. I have been to the US, UK and France with my UK visa due to expire in two weeks and my US last month. The training I wanted to attend is in mid January. I have been told to reapply if I think I can respond to these concerns. Will it still be same 72 days processing time if I reapply? |
Greetings gurus in the house. I am filling the visitor visa application online form for my wife but confused if I have to fill the two IMM5257 forms. 1 - Application Form: Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) 2. Optional Documents Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257). I have read through the thread but did not see any related post. Please advice. |
@amaya21 Thank you for your responds. I will try to get her involved anyhow. I am confused with the outcome of my CRS simulation. I don't know if excess reading about it is getting me confused lol. I was comfortably above 67/100 and this 'In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have'? and 'In the last 10 years how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have? I have been self employed since 2013 with my registered business. The second option would accept only 3 years work experience and that's where I am confused. Please help. Applying with non-accompanying spouse is possible. However, you will need to declare yourself as married, and mention your wife and kids in your application even if they are non-accompanying. You will still need proof of funds to cover your wife and both of your kids. All three of them will also need medicals. Just start the process...you never know, she may change her mind along the way.
|
Let me make a BIG shout out to you all here. I have been reading everything relating to this trend in the past two weeks to really really be informed but I still have very sensitive questions unanswered. First, I have made personal calculations from the 8777 preliminary eligibility test. I am married with 2 kids of 5 and 7. Spouse with HND and I have masters and ages 35 and 31. Been running a registered company since 2013 in Real Estate, Sales, Installation and maintenance of security equipment, Agriculture (Fish farming, Fish feed production & Palm Plantations) and general contractor with both private, corporate organisations and government. My wife is the GM of the company but have refused to listen to anything about IELTS (lol maybe she doesn't see the value of the attempt as much). So back to calculating wit Non accompanying spouse the score was very high but with accompanying spouse without IELTS drops the scores. Now, will it be possible to run all this alone and later add my family? I really want to be thoroughly schooled here. PLEASE!!! |
