Minjim:
I thought you people were applauding the nonsense?
These people subsidize their own poor to avoid crisis then tell our own leaders to remove subsidy
this is what happens when you have goats as leaders, choose by sheep.
Politics › Re: Subsidy On Professional Bodies Removed by bigiyaro(m): 9:53am On Jun 28, 2023

One important question Nigerians are not asking is thus . After removing these subsidies can the government give us both short-term and long-term plans on what to do with all these funds realized from the removal so we can monitor the judicious use of it?

Or they are just creating more funds to be embezzled.
nigerians no smart reach that level.
Culture › Re: Africa Is Not Primitive, We Just Prefer Our Ways - Charity Ekezie (Video) by bigiyaro(m): 9:48am On Jun 28, 2023
YoungLionken:
CNN and BBC have made the Westerners believe that. That's why I hate that useless movie: "Woman King", like why Africa of all places??

People believe that the Westerners are the most educated, but I believe that they're the most ignorant! They still believe that Africa is a country, we wear animal skin as clothes, dwell in mud houses, use bow and arrow as weapons, etc. All thanks to the news media and fake movies...
They are not far from the truth, why won't they think so when most Africans see the west as paradise?
Culture › Re: Africa Is Not Primitive, We Just Prefer Our Ways - Charity Ekezie (Video) by bigiyaro(m): 9:45am On Jun 28, 2023
Rubbish and nonsense. Why don't wear your animal skin and trek from Kano to Lagos since you want to the primitive, this is why blacks on African soil don't develop or progress. Them say see clean WC toilet, you say NO, you prefer shi.tin in the bush and using leave to wipe your nyash.
Politics › Re: State Police: Should States In Nigeria Be Allowed To Have Police Departments? by bigiyaro(m): 9:41am On Jun 28, 2023
nairalanda1:
State police is a good idea...except

1.Finding the money....police forces cost a lot of money. In overseas countries they are funded by TAXES. If we tried it in Nigeria, most Nigerians would protest that 'we are poor'.

2.Tribalism and religion: We had regional police in the 1960's...and where were they during the pogroms of 1966? Nowhere.
My thoughts exactly, if the looting and stealing is reduced by even 30% there will be more than enough funds to pay for state police. The major problem will be tribalism and religious bigotry, especially religion in the North and tribalism in the east and west. State governors will quickly turn them to tribal militias.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: What A Man That Earns 100k+ Told Me When I Wanted To Borrow N500 From Him by bigiyaro(m): 7:03pm On Jun 27, 2023
BeStroNG:
The day we begin to act devoid of tribe or religion is the day we'll begin to have things right. Till then, let's continue to play tribalism and religion. How can someone remove subsidy just like that without even putting any palliative on ground.
unfortunately that precious day will never come.

Not surprised, subsidy on electricity is gone too.

Now it's free market capitalism that punish the lazy and idle more severely.
It will soon reach the politicians who live on a fake life of free money.

All their accounts are now flagged on surveillance by CBN, NFIU and EFCC. Social media addiction that kills productivity and fuel wastage of scarce resources can now go down too. Nigeria is on the forward March with Asiwaju Tinubu.
God bless Nigeria for ever!
Check my signature for free stuffs!
shut up jare, this only makes more money available to politicians and government officials to loot. The ideal free market capitalism make a level playing field available for all.
