I approached dipsonkky some weeks back about selling some zelle funds worth 10k to him to be done in tranches, apparently I had done a similar deal with him which took a lot of time to be sorted but he eventually did, fast forward that very day, diponskky supplied me with the addresses to send the money to, and I sent it to the fund owner, the fund owner sent 1500$ in tranches of 1000$ and 500$, and dipsonkky received the funds, I sent screenshots of confirmation to him and he said i should give him time to confirm (zelle fund confirmation is always instant), and the picture he gave to me was that he was the recipient, and I believed him.

24 hours later he changed his tone and he said the account owner wasn't online, and as soon as he was online he would send him the money, i was of the believe that he had everything under control, and I went ahead to settle the fund owner with my hard earned money,

After so much back and forth he said the first 500$ was cleared but it was short of the sum he was supposed to pay, we agreed on 300/$ but he paid me 124k, leaving me with a loss of 26k, and he assured me that he would clear the 1000$ as soon as possible, I gave him 3 days to get that done and on the 3rd day he came back to with a story that he was scammed, that he lost my 1000$ to scammers, sending me screenshots and all. I told him it's none of my business that he had assured me my funds will be credited to my account.

I told him the implication, and tried to reason with him to give him a soft landing since he was scammed, i asked him how he was planning to pay me back, he told me I should Institute a chargeback, I instantly rebuffed the idea, the deal had been closed for several days, and I had settled with the original owners of the fund, plus zelle rarely honours charge backs, except it was done within a day or two after the transaction had been done.

I told dipsonkky about this and all he said was there was nothing he could do about it, if I can't institute a chargeback then its my loss. I chatted him severally to appeal him to consider looking for a way to pay up, but all fell on deaf ears, i am 326k out and this rouge continues to collect peoples fund without fulfilling a pending deal, he didn't even show empathy or for once consider to call me about the money, Dipsonkky I need my money and i need it fast.

I have given him enough time to do the needful.
