To succeed in life, there's a secret. If not every one would be successful. Oftentimes, God, Allah, Krishna, buhda, Jesus, Gandi, Shiva, Nature, NOTHING, what ever you believe in often draw your attention to some aids to help you succeed. These are: Time Opportunities Capital. Amongst the three above, the most critical & expensive is Time. Once it's gone, it's gone for good! Followed by opportunities and lastly capital. Get your idea rolling before others! Lest the market becomes saturated and competition affects you |

To succeed in Life or business you must be underated, innocuous and highly flexible. By the time you arrive, the after effects generated by your sudden visibility would work in your favor. Use Jeff Bezos Amazon & Elon Musk Tesla, Space X, Construction, batteries, now Social Media businesses for example.... check out Africa richest man @Dangote, cement, salt, flour, pasta, now oil refinery. Their hands are involved in so many pies! Yes some would fail along the line, but you don't know the one that would be your Cash cow. And most Cash cow have a short time Line for keeping profits rolling in. Don't be rigid. Be flexible! Don't be a swob, be a geek! Anything that looks like it's going to improve your brand, get involve. |
Our focus will be in Kigali Rwanda. So many businesses I personally know of here in Kigali has closed shop. Not only Nigerian owned, Rwandan owned but also non African ones. It appears these businesses commit same mistake! As a strict business man, I squarely blame the business owners! Keep your eyes on this thread. We shall be updating common reasons why these Businesses fail in Kigali Rwanda.... while we're still standing. You can learn a lot from here before coming because we're right here in the city of a thousand hills. We have conducted extensive street based research, so we spoke with those in the field. We say it as it is, while looking at it from different angles! |

Life is tough. It's tough for everyone including Elon Musk, Gates, Dangote etc but it's tougher if you are not smart, intelligent and courageous! |
I cringe when some people say that I should tell them what businesses is good in Rwanda. And felt ok as they're not paying me for such advise! All business is ok. But some Strategies, Niche, Innovations, or foresight isn't. Let me ask you. If all business vomits money always and always, you think any one would share the secrets? No! Get this into your thought process, no one can teach you how to make money , those that sell books and videos on how to make money sell the books and videos to you to make money off of you. What you should rather look forward to is making sure you are abreast of all the information about a place, business, Economy, juxtapose that to a prevailing need or problems rampart there, etc and checking if it matches what is playing out on your head. Another way is ask your source or contact to be honest with you, that it's actually for a honest opinion you are paying him for. You have solved 20% of future catastrophe once he opens up to you. Ask opposite of what you already know. Make sure you understand "The Worse Case" scenario for your business. Think and act like the mafias...that's the secret of big churches replacing companies in Africa and elsewhere. No church can go out of business they're damn like the mobsters, Liquidity, Assets and strong leadership. They don't take prisoners, you oppose their views, they show you out! Back to making money. You can only be taught how to manage money after you have made money or before you make money as they do in Yale, Princeton or Harvard, and not how to make money. I know a friend who made her first big money by knowing who has products to sell, but had no buyer and those who really needs the products and willing to pay a premium, but could not find the supplier. This friend recently lost her job as a financial analyst but lack the street Smartness to understand informal economic growth. Guess what she did? She paid a less educated person to tell her reasons why she will fail. That information was the cause of why she succeeded. As she now know why she will fail, she focused squarely on those factors and dealt with them as they come. Soon they weren't coming again, and that's when the profits starts rolling! When eventually she approached a supplier, she was ready & the supplier trusted her to take his goods to the buyer and the buyer paid her and she paid the supplier . She even made more profit that the supplier and the buyer paid more to her being the middle man and they never knew each other and more buyers came to her when they found out she was the buyer’s source and the supplier kept giving her credit to sell his goods and pay back later. This business model is limitless to what it could get you. This is the bedrock behind most Capitalist company... Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Oil Majors etc. It has Clichy names like Drop shipping, Affiliated marketing, etc but it's not a new innovation. Right here in Africa a non Western schooled learned this from his master, who also got the privileged knowledge and the cycle continues. There are suppliers in all major cities of the world with excess goods and no buyer , find out what is scarce in your city and travel to major hubs and find suppliers of those goods there and network. Your best guess are new, struggling businesses with cushions to keep them afloat. Another way that can help you make money is listening to problems and once I notice a lot of people are complaining about a particular issue I find the solution and they become my customers. A young American YouTuber I like listening to every morning before hitting the office says... "Start with the problem!" Not the solution. After understanding the problem you can now prefer a solution according to your capacity. However to do this you need to have money or know who can trust you with his or her money to do it and pay back later. Kindly note this. To be on top of the food chain you must be a predator. Check the Capitalist economic model. Even Socialist and Pseudo Communists are copying them now! Thanks for reading! |
The Rich think like the eagle In a thunderstorm, while the slaving, month end salaried lots think like other birds in a thunderstorm. Eagles during thunderstorm sees an opportunity to soar higher, enjoy breath taking cruise that comes once in a while. Other birds run for the safety of the nest and thickets! Think like the eagle all the time! |
This is example of a scenario of a wealthy person. His peers wonder what, how and why he's consistently rich even though times changes thrice within the past 10year. Firstly he builds up integrity. Then he saved a lot while denying himself comforta.... At the proper time, He approached a lender. He got them to finance an asset. Now, he's back to broke for the meantime. He's debt is just in paperwork. In reality there's no debt. He continues his lifestyle, his living expenses still taken care off. How the hell did he pull this off? Here's the tip. He approached a lender. Bank buys him a house . Tenants, the not so fortunate many, pay off the loan. He collect cash every month, after some time, the paperwork debt is cleared off! A foolish leader gets elected. Instead of him to panick, he rejoices because Inflation builds him massive wealth! The house he got for say; $1000 is now worth $20,000. Those complaining are those who didn't take practical steps to be like him! The cycle continues. This man would never teach you how to Make money or how to manage money because he has to always be on top of the food chain! Enjoy your weekend! |
