The game changer is that with Rwandan business permit (Visa) you can explore important concessions within East Africa Market using East Africa community (EAC) Protocol!
For instance: Due to gov regulations on plastic nylon etc, I can prepare base material and export to a local Partner in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, where no such
regulations exist, finish the products there and sell to the local market and re-export to Rwanda!
Legit income is difficult that's why everyone is not a millionaire. Use Strategy and positioning to reap benefits from the market!

If you need information on Registration and setting up of operations in Rwanda, contact us!

Serve them right! Their $100k is gone!

HoldenCaulfield:
This Ukrainian war.
Even though I don't support bombing people in thier own country. But this war serves some people right.
A company in Nigeria that wants to start a telecom company got us to spend a lot of money to demonstrate that we can build them a robust system for running their services. They acted like doubting Thomases they are, thinking that no Nigerian company can make the system for them.
Despite the demo of the complete the system we spent a lot to build for them, they went ahead to to give some Ukrainians almost $100k to build it, giving us nothing.
Now there is war in Ukraine, my internal source told me that they could not even reach the Ukrainians now.
Serves them right grin

Yes. It takes political will and vision to break lose from Washington London Paris Berlin!
PoliticsRe: Africa & The West! by Bigkoko(op): 8:06am On Feb 28, 2022
The greatest misfortune to befall Africa is the Berlin Conference where Africa continent was shared amongst overfed European Aristocrats sitting in boulevard in Paris, London, Munich..

In foreign policy? All African countries toe towards Washington, London, Paris, Berlin or Mecca!
They got none of their own.

Minime10:
Nigeria is number one Country on planet Earth that believes and trust so much in the West. Britain is still colonizing Nigeria till date. And China is like the second creator of Nigeria .
It baffles me, how poor miserable Nigerians folk will leave their pitiable conditions and be forming moral catalyst, by blaming Putin for whatever her reasons may be, to fight his fellow imperialist. The annoying thing, is how uninformed Nigerians sing to high heavens, the praises of America, as if America has any moral justification to criticize Russia .
When America invaded Libya, wasn't Libya a sovereign Statehuh
When America invaded Afghanistan, wasn't Afghan an Independent State that ought to have been respected of their rights, by the Americans?
When America invaded Irag what right did they have to do so.
Nigerians are not only hypocrites, but fools.
You can imagine, the dumbest president in the history of mankind, joining other useful idiots of leaders from Africa to issue statements condeming Russia in its fight with Ukraine.
And you want to ask, where were these cursed fools, when America was destroying Libya and killing innocent civilians in their bombardment of the City of Tripolihuh
How many condemnable statements did African useless leaders issue against Americahuh

Start with the problem.... What problem can you solve in Kigali, Rwanda or East Africa?
I'd say you solve a problem and monetize it!
There are two axis... Dar es salaam & Mombasa.... And every other countries rely on this.
Can you solve the problem of importing low cost cooking oil? Then, Register a company, get us to do a feasibility study of what it takes to Import stuffs into Rwanda.
Mind you, make sure you have a feasibility Study to guide you!
Don't be like those who heard about Rwanda, and just rush down here, thinking money grows on trees!
BusinessRe: The Secret Of Everything You Need To Succeed! by Bigkoko(op): 7:13am On Feb 27, 2022
Bigkoko:
Advice: Before you come to Kigali Rwanda for business!

It's really shocking when in a bid to cut corners, rush down to profits, prospective entrepreneurs choose the short cut. Well, failure is just a few yards away! I always tell people!
Show me an entrepreneur doing well in Rwanda, and I will show a man who knows why he's here!

You have decided to open a business in RWANDA, did you consult with a registered business for advice? Yes or no? Or rather you'd deal with individuals!
And decide to just go ahead with business. Look, Europeans Americans Chinese Indians who ordered for feasibility Study, Market Research Planing, facts & figures knows what they're doing!
I know of a Nigerian owned businesses that closed in January, due to lack of due diligence, trusting on individuals, allowing unqualified persons, whose interest is to get something out of him.
We have tons of people who contacted us that they're coming to Kigali Rwanda for business, blah blah blah.. ask us questions, figures etc. They told what we can, then ask them to commission us to do a feasibility Study, Market Research Planing Etc hahahaha hahahaha that's the last we heard from them! They don't reply messages, we generally assume they got a better deal. Hahahaha!!! Better deal from individuals!
Some go ahead to ask us to do a feasibility Study, yet they didn't pay, up till now. The documents is still with us, we assume that they pick some info from our conversation and squirrel off to do business!
As usual, we move on... Fast forward to 2022. They're already in Rwanda and rushed into business. Well, we know how it's going to end!
And as a matter of Principle, we don't talk about what is none of our business, we just observe!

You have decided to do business in RWANDA, did you do due diligence? Yes or no? Or you just gulp all your friends tell you? I'd rather say you are not serious, too emotional or seeking a get rich quick scheme. Put on your Boots, drop shame, leave that over priced accommodation, live on low budget accommodation like a hermit, yes they laugh you, but in three months your business will survive, and you will learn important skills specific to Kigali Rwanda!

I'm appalled when I see so called investors coming from all over western African continent, relying on the words of individuals, what happened to Feasibility Study? Do you have one!? What happened to Market Research Planing? Do you have one?
Let me tell you, you are a victim of your own poor business short sights if you fail. For goodness sake, it's your investment, treat it like an egg! Quarrel if needed, cut off people if needed, but just be sure to follow your business instinct.

That $30 you refused to spend on feasibility study, Market Research Planing might make you loose your whole Investment! By then it's all too late!
What about you that doesn't know which business Rwandan Immigration grants PR for? Also relying on what friends says... An entrepreneur who really worked hard to gather Investment capital would tell you, ohhh that's good can you give me a document so I can check out the Dynamics & statistics?
No Planing. No Due diligence.
Anyway, there are consequences to lack of foresight!

The purpose of such documents is to present CURRENT REALITIES to you in Black & White, so you can make informed decision, but noo, you don't want to patronize us! $30 is too much for you!

Our business Advisory.
1. Don't do business where the locals are your direct competitors. You must have a target market. Show me your target customer, I will show you a business that would work.
Make sure you have a plan B business which should actually be a Niche. Rwandans lack Niche or skills, so you should have one.

2. Rather than frivolous business like owning a bike, barbershop, phone repair, Etc, kindly engage in business that actually creates or have a Value chain. Value is what people pay for. Most of our Post here always talk about Value.
If your business Value has close & easily available competition, how do you hope to survive, not to talk of returning a profit?
Certain business can not guarantee you a work permit. Several times, we have been called upon to help individuals who made wrong choice by relying on individuals opinions rather than good business decisions and tools. We help some, we didn't help some!
Any company we register for you will guarantee you a PR. Owning bikes won't.

3. Keep your expenses Low. Rwandans know how to push you into spending your money, and ditching you once it's all gone! Make sure they know you as a shark who price alot. Who is ready to fight. Don't let them shame you into spending money beyond your limit. Your business first, before anything else!

4. Go for low cost accommodation, don't be ashamed. You will thank me later.
Accomodations in Kigali is poor, yet overpriced. But there are places you can get accommodation for$25-30 for two rooms per month. Be like the Indians & Chinese, you're here to dig money not to bury money. But, babes, sex worker's won't allow you make decisions!

5. Beware of the plastic smile! Once you're in Kigali, one thing you notice is everyone has a smile and seem good. Watch your pocket that's their target!
It happened to everyone, Whites & Blacks alike. Happened Once, their fault, happen twice your fault! Once can not kill your business, but twice might be costly for you!

6. Avoid locals or friends showing you, or leading you to buy or get stuffs. Rwandans are very cunning. Do your due diligence and don't fail to caution anyone before you start doing deals with them. Infact, do business with companies rather. Pay for their service, but ask them to get you the exact amount of what ever you deligate them to get for you.

7. Make sure you know what brought you to Kigali...
Pleasure? Ok. Be a tourist like the whites, but ensure you come with enough dollars or pounds.
Business? Ok. Be like the Indians or Chinese. They dig, they don't bury money! Advice: You can not be both at the same time!
Don't say you are into business, yet live like a tourist!

Finally, what ever information you require, pay Bigkoko® a token and we will get it for you.
This token will save you headache and lost Investment tomorrow!
Thank you!

Bigkoko:
To succeed in life, there's a secret. If not every one would be successful. Oftentimes, God, Allah, Krishna, buhda, Jesus, Gandi, Shiva, Nature, NOTHING, what ever you believe in often draw your attention to some aids to help you succeed. These are:
Time
Opportunities
Capital.
Amongst the three above, the most critical & expensive is Time. Once it's gone, it's gone for good! Followed by opportunities and lastly capital.
But I'm in shock entrepreneurs thinks capital first before time or opportunity!
You may have capital but the time & opportunity is gone. Your money becomes dormant.
Another dimension is when you happen to be among the first business to sell a needed commodities in any place, guess what? Your profits would break down the bank. Before others rush in, they'd has to contend with a smaller % of Market share.
The opportunity is right before you. Rwanda has virtually less than 3% manufacturing capacity, this makes her over relying on imports. Guess what? Apart of plastic & fire arms, there's negligent Import ban here. Any serious entrepreneurs know what opportunities lies here. And the population has an insane appetite for foreign goods.
Cosmetics... France
Food... EU
FMCG.... Dubai China etc.

Even if it's napkins you Import, there's going to be a market. Guess what the Indians, Pakistani, Lebanese, Chinese, Europeans are struggling to fill all niche market. They come as tourist, observe how expensive items, they hurry back plot their Strategy..boom! They have started sending biscuits, creams from Europe. The secret, they just empower one Rwandan and give her a sense of belonging. They will be enjoying themselves traveling, while their Rwandan staff is selling their wares!

We, at Bigkoko are glad some Nigerians are rapidly taking up the challenge, being the most entrepreneurial Africans.

It's very easy for you to sit in your country and we help you set up your company, open a Company account for it. Get you a Co-working space, get you one staff to clear what you send for sale, after sales get your profits. We keep an eye on your interest here.
On you come over organize it & go back!

* Calling from RWANDA to EAC, a distance of less than 20 kilometers from the borders.
* Calling from RWANDA to western & eastern countries, a distance of more than 1000 kilometers.
This tariff plan is from an African telecom Giant MTN.

I will explain at the end of this writeup.

Chinese, Indians, Europeans, Americans, etc have a community mindset. For the Asians, four families can stay in one house to foster home ownership. But Africans with notable exceptions of few like a tribe from Senegal, if their brother comes to live with them, trouble Everytime. Africans sold them selves in slavery then, even now so. They even defraud themselves on hitherto prosperous businesses.

However, these other people; Western or eastern countries, contribute money to buy businesses and grow from there. They are like lions while we Africans are like leopards.

Lions are social animals, working together as family to take down prey. Even during eating everyone stick to a chain of command. They have a clear cut chain of command. And they stick to it. Anyone who has other opinion is chased out.
Not so with shy, reclusive leopards, who prefer to go it alone. Oftentimes, leopards go hungry, they can not keep territories. They sometimes get chased away by less predators like hyenas. Little wonder why leopards are always angry when caught hiding under shades.

These lion guys create companies and use work permit to bring their people who they call expatriates. They don't depends on jobs from their host country. They simply create jobs and rip off the resources of the country they are.
But for us blacks, we'd rather go there and be living about our means just so to look like Whites, or be snocking around for menial jobs. We end up called immigrants, for those with paper, and illegal immigrants for those without, instead of expatriates like whites.
Hell no. The type of business we like to open here can't bring anyone over. Such business has no Value chain, no Niche, it doesn't solve any problem. All such leopard seeks is immediate gratification!

Another Shame I observed. Some people don't want their people to be on their level or above them too. Just like the politicians in Africa!

Excerpts from a Post.
My boss is from Indian lineage but you’d *never* know as he was born and brought up in Europe. He told us how his grandpa relocated to Europe and helped every single member of his family to relocate to Europe leaving no one back home in Indian. How many Africans can actually do this ?
It’s very sad that we only want progress for ourselves alone and not for people around us.

Community is what protects interests, not individuals!

Back to the beginning.

Mr Mushagina has two brothers abroad. One in Kenya, few kilometers from him. And another one in USA, thousands of kilometers from him.
Mr Mushagina calls the American based brother often compared to the Kenyan based brother. See the reason below.
It's more cheaper calling USA than calling Kenya.

As an African, trust the white at your own peril...
Did anyone notice the Russians are not using heavy military tactics in Ukraine?
No serious bombing?
No staffing?

If it was White & a black country, total subjugation & military strangulation is what we see!

Bigkoko:
• Eagles alone, amongst all birds fly at high altitude. She doesn't fly around with Sparrows or Ravens. Stay away from little mind's if you want to fly higher in business. Eagles fly with eagles!
• Eagles have strong vision. Eagles can focus on something for up to 5 kilometers away. When an eagle sees a prey, it narrows it's focus on it, till it grabs it. Eagles are not distracted till it gets the prey. As a business person, don't let lack of capital, support, partnership distract you. Negotiate where you can so you can remain focused.
• Eagles don't fight in terrains they're not familiar with. She picks up a prey, a snake. Instead of slugging it out with it on land, she gently fly with it up, picks out it's eyes and drop it from great heights. Battle solved.
• Eagle don't eat Dead stuffs. That's for vultures, little wonder vultures are weak, frail and vulnerable. As for eagles, they're virulent, strong and graceful. Eagles feed on only fresh catch. As an entrepreneur, be careful what you fees your eyes, ears. Stay away from outdated info, false info, unclear info or mere assumptions and speculation. Do a research or pay someone to do it.
• Eagles love the storm. When cloud gathers, eagles are excited. Other birds are scared shit. The wind generated by the storm helps the eagles to fly higher above the clouds, but other birds beats a hasty retreat. Business storms are great organizational tools to rise higher.
• Eagles test before they trust. Once a she-eagle meets a he-eagle, she tests the prowess and dedication of the he-eagle by flying down, pick up a twig, fly to great highs and drops the twig. If the he-eagle dives down immediately to pick up and bring the twig back to her, then they can make eaglets together.
• Eagles shades old advantages. When eagles grow old, and his feathers becomes weak, and can't take him as fast as should, he looks for an isolated place up high in cliffs, plucks off his old feathers from his body till it's bare. He then wait in his hiding place until new feather grows back. Only then he flys out!

Reflect on these to smartly make good business decisions!
