hello v o,weldone for the good works God will bless you.please i used a false identity ignorantly some years back through D V lottery in which i was denied and after that i changed my passport to my real data in which my company has sent me to germany for some intensive trainings that was early last year.please i intend to visit U S A and i dont know whether, (1)i will be arrested if they finally discorver because i dont want my image to be distroyed and i dont wanna loose my job,(2)will i be granted a tourist visa if i tender my leave application form from my work places.thanks as i await a possitive response.

This is one of my areas of expertise. Welding as a trade is heavily regulated in Canada. No one wants an exploding pressure vessel or collapsing structures. The government and employer apprenticeship scheme takes at least 3 years of learning on the job (under a journeyman)+schooling.

Do you have city and guild qualifications in welding? Are you a journeyman welder from the EU or USA? If yes, then you can apply for express entry, then challenge your qualifications by sitting for the red seal exam once you are on ground in canada.

Without that you can't practice as a welder in Canada. The government also doesn't give visa to start apprenticeship in Canada.
