When you have an international company who remit profit abroad. This is bound to happen when the operating country currency is devalued. A no increased means investors would be receiving less dollar monies even if there is an increased naira revenue. This is why Nigeria must and should build their own companies.

Even if a Nigerian builds a company that is similar, getting content from abroad, you pay in dollars not Naira, so you get the same issue of rate fluctuation. Something Nigerians do not want to understand. Do you think the likes of CNN, premier league and Co will collect Naira? This our Naija ppl sha

Afam4eva:
The kind of thins we read nowadays from politicians is shameful. How does renaming UNILA after Abiola make him a local champion. The only reason the renaming was rejected by the students was because they didn't want a change in name. The APC people on the other hand were political about it. If Jonathan had named this same Abuja stadium after him, APC would still have had something to say.

God bless you my brother..

I can’t speak of him as a governor bt as a senator/senate president saraki is the most outstanding.

Hes the only senator that cares and fought for youth inclusion in government. The electoral reform bill and many other intelligent and impactful legislation were passed under his watch. I appreciate his impact to the youths and democracy. He tried.

Apc would rather want a puppet as senate president Bt that’s not how democracy should work effectively and fairly.

Correct..

Honestly, you've said it all. I had to delve into crypto (bitcoin) with Usi-tech. My greatest regrets is not joining it early enough. I was busy doing Tbills only basically out of fear not to lose money. Bitcoin is now over $15,000. @Feelamong introduced bitcoin with Usi-tech to me.
Just request to be added to the Usi-tech whatsapp group, honestly you will learn alot and convinced to invest.

Your post essentially is to say that Wizkid should be ungrateful.
I don't know why you would justify his not attending Banky's wedding.
Whatever is between them, that is so childish.

But what is with Nigerians and emotions, so because he helped him now the man should not live his life again, abeg did he not make tons of money of wizkid ni? Na ppl like una I do not wish to get help from, one would spend the rest of his life saying thank you..

How does the custodian bank thing work.

I don't want to mention the bank so as to avoid unnecessary panic, bcs like I said its unconfirmed report.

I don't have any certificates to prove my investments, but first thing tomorrow I'll ask for that from my branch.

Gurus in the house pls .......

Happy new month. All I want to say is

Compound interest is a very great force.

take this scenario
A man who has 5million naira saved up and is working, can plan for retirement on time. How?
Let's say he compound his invests 5m annually @ 15% in Tbills and he contributes only 200k at the start of each year. After 20yrs, he will be a multi millionaire, making 105million. screen shot below

Ex2:Similarly one who compounds 1million annually @ 15% and adds 100k only at the start of each year,
After 20yrs, would have made 28million naira

Money enough to train his kids through university by then.

Ex3: For the ballers and top shot callers here, with 20million invested for only 5years @ 15% and with a yearly addition of 4miillion naira.
In 5yrs, u would have made 71million naira
Money enough to get start two housing projects.

One for personal use, and one for rent

#It may seem impossible due to fluctuation in tenor rates and
human desires for worldly things, but I tell u

If you decide to be a true disciple of compound interest, at least in a safe haven like tbills not a speculative market like stocks or lands or currency, You will sure harvest Big Fruits

Please can you help talk on mutual funds, is it wise to invest in it? especially for stanbic ibtc..

Gazelle22:

I weighed every other option, along with what I want from investment, the products and services of that company appears to be what I need.

First, their minimum for T-Bills is 100k.

Secondly, they give you the option of collecting your interest backend (at the end of the tenure), as opposed to upfront presently at the rate of 22% reflecting the true value.

They send soft copy of your investment letter to your email after every successful bidding.

There is also an optional online portal where you view all your investment, face value, discounted value, daily interest accumulation, total interest so far, and maturity date for each of the investment. With that, I properly organize my finances.

Your account officer takes call anytime.

Those are just some of the reasons I do business with them.

I must make it clear that I gained most of my investment ideas here. I started here and have been here. FBNQUEST and Renmoney are also some other companies I do business with.

Hope this helps. I am only giving back to the forum that gave me a head start.

For investment-one, you may contact an account officer in their private banking department on 08129921106 (Olutayo). You may tell him Gazelle directed you.

I just came out of investment one and no said anything about 22% how did u get that interest rate?

Governor vs president?? Is that logical?? The president affects Nigeria as a whole...you just misyarn. A governor can be overlooked but the presidency is no joke...Just like comparing class captain and principal. Heck even actors 'jokingly' become governors bur the presidency aint no joke. There is no excuse for that

Bros, I too was reading and shaking my head all thru.. Like is he for real?? No wonder Nigeria is where she is today..

Economists have said it, Buhari failure to really hit the ground running, failure to listen to good advice and policy gymnastics is why our economy is this bad.

He woul've appointed a Min of Finance as soon as he took over. He had a wonderful pool of economists that helped APC before the elections, he should've just picked 1.

Namely, Ezekwesili, Utomi, Omogui, Soludo and even if he doesnt like southeners, He should've picked Mansur Muhktar former Min of Fin under late Yaradua whom i heard is now a world bank consultant. There are blue blooded core northerners who went to ivy league schools all over the world, why not pick someone from there as soon as possible.

He would've devalued ASAP immediately after May 29th 2015 and blamed GEJ for it and it would've sticked but now the blame GEJ game no longer sticks. Gej left 30bn dollars (excluding the over 6bn dollars found in NLNG that was shared to States) aand how much did Abacha/Abdulsalam leave for OBJ?

God bless you for this..

If this is all biography reveals about a person in life, then this biography is not complete. Let me add that Ishaq Oloyede is a former slave Master of Unilorin (profs and students alike). He is a Muslim fanatic whose hatred for Christians was and is unmistakable. He collapsed several Christian worship venues during his. Ishaq Oloyede represented horrors in the days of his reigns. Professors trembled at his presence, lecturers quaked at his sight. Ishaq Oloyede single-handedly ruled in the university even while being Deputy-Vice Chancellor while his substantive VC was laboring under unknown influence. Samsudeen was the VC and only attained the position because he converted to Islam. Ishaq is one of the leading Islamic scholars working assidouly for Islamic agenda in Nigeria. He banned Students Union for a long period in time. Ishaq Oloyede contested VC position along with his seniors in academic arena. However, with connivance of Emir of Ilorin and other powers that be he became the VC. Welcome to Oloyede's tenure of Islamico-western education style. Lastly, it shouldn't be forgotten in hurry that he was and he is still the Secretary of Islamic Supreme Council of Nigeria.

All lies from the pit of hell, y r we Nigerians like dis, for ur information he brought d sug back when he became VC.
