All I see here is excuses, PMB won election over 2months before hand over, so in over 60 days PMB/APC failed to come up with a list of ministers and other government officials that will make up his cabinet right

Well it doesn't come as a surprise though since they failed to handle the issue of electing senate president and speaker properly...

The 8th assembly is almost a week and yet ministerial list has not been sent to them for screening, I hope we are not in for 4years of excuses...SMH

President Olusegun Obasanjo did not compose his cabinet until July 28, 1999. It took the late President Umaru Yar’Adua till July 20th, 2007 to unveil his cabinet. Immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan was the fastest of recent presidents, inaugurating his cabinet on June 23, 2011.

These are just a bunch of silly stories by, and values of, basic-thinking medieval human beings who talk thrash about 'speaking to God', but anyone with a brain would spot this by the rudimentary thinking in aspects of the ideas of this God.

Yet people centuries later waste one day of the week of their lives going to worship based on this bunch of rubbish given to them by medieval, power-seeking, importance-seeking illiterates (who spoke to God ).

statement to rebut those who say his
government has failed, President Jonathan
has in a New Year message to Nigerians
rolled out a list of his “achievements” in the
past year.
Among them, he claimed his government may
have been responsible for an astounding 1.6
million jobs in 2013 alone, but did not clarify
where the jobs were filled.
“Our national budget for 2014 which is now
before the National Assembly is specifically
targeted at job creation and inclusive growth,”
he said.
“We are keenly aware that in spite of the
estimated 1.6 million new jobs created across
the country in the past 12 months as a result of
our actions and policies, more jobs are still
needed to support our growing population. Our
economic priorities will be stability and equitable
growth, building on the diverse sectors of our
economy.”
Mr. Jonathan did not say anything about the
challenge of leading by example, and only
referred to corruption and bad governance,
which his critics claim he is nurturing in the
country, in passing.
“I urge all Nigerians, no matter their stations in
life, to rededicate themselves to contributing
meaningfully to further enrich our national
heritage. The time for that re-dedication is now,
not tomorrow,” he said, referring to the 2014
being Nigeria’s centenary year.

G Qur'an talk about the revolution of sun and earth independently which has been just discovered. Saying such things 1400 years back is a sign that Qur'an is God words and God really exist
