Buying lyrics is not a new thing... it's been done everywhere... Jay Z, Rihanna, Beyonce... many artists both locally & abroad buy lyrics...

Okay look at Cardi B that sang Bodak Yellow...

They're saying she has a ghost writer..

and when she was asked in an interview, she said "I don't really care what they say. My fans love the song & I'm stacking ma bank".

How do we know that it's Wizkid that actually writes all his songs? What if he has a writer? Just because nobody has accused him of having a writer doesn't mean he writes his songs himself...

There are still people who write their own songs but cannot produce a single hit... Skales for example..

And there are still those who buy lyrics but cannot turn that lyrics into a hit song... not because the writer wrote rubbish.. but the artist doesn't have the skill set..

So it doesn't matter if Davido buys he's lyrics... the main fact is that, he paid good money for it... turned the lyrics into a hit... and he's as well making money from it...

The writer will even be happy self... that his/her hours of thinking wasn't in vain... that's every writer's wish... he can hold his/her head high & say "i wrote that song for davido".... and the writer will be happy to write for him again... but if Davido didn't do good to that lyrics, do you think that the writer will be bold enough to say that he wrote that song for him? Do you think he will reason Davido's matter again?

as for his voice, haters are calling it a frog's voice.. me, i say that's the swag of the whole thing.. even with his cracked voice, the song still sells... and thesame people calling his voice "frog voice", are still the ones jumping up and down like toads in the club once his song comes on...

Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi, has warned his club against signing Mesut Ozil from Arsenal next year.

Messi has asked manager Ernesto Valverde, to return for Liverpool playmaker, Philippe Coutinho.

Mesut signed for Arsenal in a £42.5m transfer from Real Madrid in September 2013.

According to Spanish outlet, Diario Gol, the Argentine has reportedly told Valverde and club president Josep Bartomeu, to prioritise the Brazilian over concerns about Ozil’s frequent dips in form.

Ozil will be out of contract in the summer and could leave Arsenal for free, four years after signing for £42million.

Amid speculation that Barca are ready to put in a bid for the Germany international as early as January, Messi wants the club to sign a young midfielder and believes Ozil at 29 is too old.

He would prefer to wait until June to sign Coutinho, 25, rather than settle for Ozil in January.

Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has defended his team’s style of play.

The Portuguese also insisted he is not paying too much attention to the gap between United and Premier League leaders, Manchester City.

Manchester City are leading rivals United by eight points, with Pep Guardiola’s men also receiving plaudits for a free-flowing football that has seen them net 40 goals in 12 league games this term.

Mourinho disagreed with the suggestion that any side plays with more ambition than his own as United prepare for the visit of Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.

“Obviously, for us, Brighton, Watford, Arsenal is a very important week. But let’s focus on Brighton, ninth in the table, good team, difficult to beat, don’t concede many goals, have a mix of physicality, aggression, quality, creativity. I think Chris Houghton is doing a great job.

“We must focus on this one. I know we have a good record at home and are strong at home, but the opponent is going to be difficult for us.”

Chelsea forward, Eden Michael Hazard has stated that he admires European champions, Real Madrid but happy at Stamford Bridge at the moment.

The 26-year-old Belgian had recently said it would be “a dream” to work under his boyhood idol and Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane.

Also the former France captain has frequently stated his admiration for the Chelsea star.
