uuzba:This is why there has to be a total reorientation of our values as individuals and as a society. Unfortunately, the people to influence the reorientation in a large part are the people in govt. We can of course do our part in our own capacity. I want to believe that the "you" in your post is in the third person and not the second person context. |
Most of our contemporary musicians are playing it safe these days and concentrating on the commercial side of the industry. No one want to criticise the govt because they know the possible consequences. Singing about morals and good virtues might not be commercially rewarding. So they stick to what will payoff in the immediate as long as the consumers are ok with their products. We all saw what happened to Tubaba when he tried to venture into the murky water of criticising govt. I believe he's the only one who dared to of recent but was shut down. Does Oritse Femi still sing songs directed to the govt? Where's Black face today? Where's Idris? We can only wait for a God sent POPULAR contemporary musician who will dare to tread the paths of the legend, Fela Kuti. As it is now, i don't see any new generation musician doing that soon. |
It's high time we accepted the fact that cybercrime has come to stay in our society. Until the govt provide better living conditions for its people and the people have the right value, cybercrime won't just go away. Even those fighting the crime are criminals. |
Manipulating ones mind to believe what is not, is not an easy job. This guy and his kinds could use this talent positively. But then the negative reward is more appealing but can be short lived. |
biacan:An attribute of an uncouth child - hissing like a snake unnecessarily. |
There hasn't been any new Money Making Moves by this dude since he left the house. Or he's the kind of guy who likes to keep his exploits on low key. He should leverage on this opportunity he's got to enhance his existing career and also explore new opportunities. Cool guy he is. |
I thought i would see . or is the site so unpopular? To me, they have realistic prices unlike olx and jiji. |
The prescription is for the night people, if you understand. Take it before you wake up to the real world. |
focus7:You sound like a bitter person; just like your role model. I'll ignore any further bitter rant from you. |
Internet trolls can read meaning to any statement. Reason why some celebrities don't bother tweeting. Amanda probably wants to reinforce her ASSURANCE. |
Akinwunmi, one of the very few that worked under GEJ who is still in good limelight. BTW, How do you address a person with more than one Ph.D? There was once a man with two chieftaincy title in my village who refused to be called just chief but "double chief". |
For the love of selfie.
May his soul rest in peace. |
Nothing last forever. Ashanti was once a super star! Imagine what an average parent would do to a child then who aspires to be a DJ in life. It's a different paradigm now. |
I can only imagine the amount of grieve the family will be experiencing now. May the Almighty grant eternal rest to their reposed souls and console the family |
She has probably been cautioned on how to give "decent" replies to her trolls on social media in a damage control bid. Truth is, if all she displayed on the bbn screen are her true characters, she can't be a role model to any sane person. She should enjoy her pseudo fame while it last though |
Every lady now seem to be a nollywood actress in Nigeria. I won't bother asking which movie they've featured in cos i won't know any. |
The OP took the VP's statement totally out of context. For those who watch the programme live, you'll know that the VP was only quoting a passage from Chimamanda Adichie's Half of a Yellow Sun. It was what Odenigbo said to Ugwu about Mungo Park and River Niger. It was not the VP's direct statement. Below is the excerpt from Half of a Yellow Sun.

LesbianBoy:He also won 1M alongside Alex (500k each) for the closeup task |
By then the Association of Petrol Station Owners will protest against the advent of electric cars. Telling the govt to stop the use of electric cars in Nigeria just like the workers who are protesting the use of automation and robots in factories |
The paradigm is shifting. Africa need to learn how to flow with the tides of advancing technologies. Let's learn how to make the best out of automation rather than negate it. Yes, it could lead to job loss but then we can't stop the tides. |
jasmines:Let her go by Passengers. One of my fav songs |
Why use something else to cover the other "parts"? She should have used same palm fruits. Infact I've been thinking of eating banga soup recently. This could be a pointer |
Chibecan is here again lol |
Can we see the engine please? |
I can only imagine what's on the mind of the bride's maid |
Core8ride:He just told you the truth. 1999 C180 for 1.8m Hmmmm |

I hope the road will be completed irrespective of who is in power later - APC or PDP. To think that this is a major road linking the south-south states to the FCT and has been ignored for years in its deplorable despite having two federal ministers of works whose corridor the road transverse, is still surprising to me. |
Not news worthy! |
The joy of motherhood Every mother's prayer is to see their children succeed in life. God bless our mothers And also our fathers |
A V6 XLE i guess? Let's see the engine bay please. |
Nice video. I'm suspecting the video was shot in Osun state. Erin Ijesha water fall and the ijesha mountains precisely. |
