I usually don't comment on issues like this but I must let you know @Op that the greatest regret you will have in your entire life will be to coerce that guy into marrying you. I assure you that you will live the rest of your life in misery and regrets. I write from experience. If you are not willing to kowtow to his wish, just let him be and move on. |
This is one reason why most rape cases are unreported. Beyond unmasking the people behind the heinous crime, can the police guarantee security for the family against these threats to life? |
What's wrong with the AC. The car looks very neat |
We will all eventually catch the virus sometime. Many have contracted the virus and recovered on their own and its not part of the over 11k recorded so far. Herd immunity phase activated. |
The political pastor |
Good Okey Bakassi the comedian said we only have two parties in Nigeria. The others are "after party". |

We use other's not-so-palatable conditions to thank God while we forget there are people doing better than us still. Just thank your God and move on and don't use others as reference. |

fergie001:I listened to the interview live. I told a colleague the moment the interview began that Adesina will make headlines for the wrong reasons from that interview. True to it, he didn't disappoint. I was expecting all he said so I wasn't surprised. |
Adesina is just catching cruise. He knows he is lying and that's the only way he can do his job. I laughed and laughed when he was been interviewed by Nigeria info FM this week. He was just being egoistic. |
Raising alarm to who? Me? They shouldn't worry cos I have seen and heard their alarm and I'll deploy my machinery to the site for immediate demolition. Thanks LASEMA for the alarm |
woke4eva:You are far from rational and scientific reasoning. I intend not to reply you cos i won't have time to lecture you in detail but I'll just ask you some questions to ponder on. Do you have basic understanding of the virus itself? Do you know how it spreads? What does it mean for a pathogen to be "airborne"? What's the function of the human skin? Why can't we contract the virus through our keratinized skin rather via mucus epithelium? In immunology, what's the function of the keratinized skin? That function can be, to some extent, be likened to what the face mask does. Yes, the mask in whatever design does not guarantee absolute protection from the virus, but it does protect the nasal mucus epithelium from getting exposed to the epitheliotropic virus. PS: I hope you are enlightened enough in basic science to understand these facts. |
woke4eva:Like pastor, like member |
This virus isn't going to disappear just soon; if you think so, then think again. The earlier the govt begin to figure out ways normal human activities can go on alongside the pandemic, the better for everyone of us. The lockdown has helped to some extent but it won't be effectively sustainable in the long run |
drstan:That means you are a layman in the health care system if all the med lab personels you know are just basic. Like I said b4, get your facts right. Go to the few medical molecular labs and other special labs we have in Nigeria and check out those who man them. If you see a biochemist there, let us know here. |
drstan:I hope you know what you are saying. Do you know how far some medical laboratory scientist have gone in molecular/cytogenetic diagnosis? Who man all the molecular labs in all the teaching/specialist hospitals and NGO labs in Nigeria? Biochemist? Do biochemist work in medical laboratories? Get your facts right. BTW this OOUTH lab looks basic. The equipment are just basic. Sustaining the lab is another thing. Kudos to the governor. |
These people talk as if they are talking to dunces. The Roche Cobas 6800 and 8800 PCR machines can run upto 1000 samples in 8 hours. And they are fully automated. We know these things and can see through their lies |
Stick with Toyota. Honda is good but requires more maintenance and attention than the Toyota brands. I don't want to write much here cos there are threads already here that have addressed this issue. |
He is just waking up |
The beginning of the end is here |
Dull couple trying their luck with car snatching. Serves them right |
Till the end of days, single girls will always date married men. As long as there is demand, there will always be supply |
ThePansophist:You are trying to bring in a new tenant into an apartment the OP is trying to quit due to incessant noise pollution? Do you know how damaging such noise could be? I guess the person has high ability to tolerate such noise |
This is a V6 engine and not i4/4 plugs. |
