Your knowledge or understanding of the word language excludes your own mother'stongue. Then there is no basis for this discussion. I am sure you understand whatever local language you speak more than English. That's where the confusion lies. That's why Africa will never move forward. Ig we cannot get it rifht with simple language. We would remain a second fiddle to those that own what we use. brodalokie: |

There are four types of intelligence. Emotional, Spiritual, Academics and Financial intelligence. Simply put: English is not a measure of intelligence. The most advanced countries of this world speak in their mother's tougue. RUSSIA, JAPAN, CHINA, SPAIN, ITALY, FRANCE, GERMANY, ENGLAND. English is just a means of communication. |

Going through your submissions, only one thing came to mind. This is a misconception of a particular tribe about the yoruba people and not a fact. For some of us that have being privy to see what other parts of the country offers in terms of your submissions, there are far worst situations otherside of the southwest. Its's simply a function of seeing to believe. Take a trip far east or up north to change your view. We all have our shortcomings and selling points. My view. |

Thank you all for showing interest in this team building. We have been able to get back to some people that their location and skill would be useful to the team. However, the floor is still open for Programmers, Accountants and Lawyers.Bear in mind that joining a business team comes with responsibilities and commitments. It is not for everybody as this is not a recruitment for earning salary. Thanks. |
Happy Sunday. I have been so impressed by the number of people willing to form this team. I have four emials already and three on here. To be more specific, while responding, kindly include your capacity(field), location, age, experience for more clarity. Thank you, God bless you all. |

Hello Nairalanders, I have been thinking of a simple clear cut business soft idea that would need technocrats and willing people to join. I would like to invite any body that can contribute meaningfully to this project on board. I would discuss in details when the team member is complete. Let us form the next big internet company in Nigeria. Please reply this mail as an acceptance. Thanks. Compliments of the season. We need Young Programmers, lawyers, Accountants, Online and Offline Marketers, Business Analyst. We would form a company together. Run it for six months and peach it for investments from Angels investors. Trust me, the idea is good. Kindly email me your details to bimboscoo@gmail.com so that we can know when we have the capacity to continue the next face. All willing persons should preferably be located in Lagos because of the series of meetings we might have to carry out. |
Use 90 percent of the money to invest in real estate. Then start your own small business with the remaining 10 percent. For me preferably internet company. Thats the next big thing, though you need a lot of support to build a team and a big idea. If you need one. Feel free to email me. |
As a budding enterprenuer it can be a lot of task trying to publicize your business. What is the most effective cheapest way for a newbie to advertise and get good result? Thanks for your response in advance. |
Social Media Management is so wide and very technical. I hope you can handle it when the pressure starts setting in. First, you need a logo for the company, totally seperate the business from the owner's identity. You need to identify your pool of audience in order to direct your effort to the right channel. As of now, facebook and twitter still take the lead as per medium. But don't over look google+ too. It depends on the type of business. Is it service oriented or product oriented? That would enable you to drw a plan. Obviously, his budget too would go a long way to determine what he gets. Then the strategy to use. You either start by renting a downline for him or what you call JV or you start building his own downline. Depending on what he wants, you can do direct sales or what we call wetting the appetite before sales. You can also do promotions and campaigns directing them from the emails and text messages to register on his facebook page to earn promotional vouchers and numbers. |

If you are married erase the thought from your brain. If not, be a smooth player. Don't ask her those questions. Invite her on a friday, stay out late and send her back home. If she insist, get an hotel but different rooms and sleep off. She wouls come knocking by herself if she wants it, i bet. Trust me. |
Came across this from the book; SCHOOL OF MONEY by Olumide Emmanuel( Common Sense Guru). I thought i should not keep this kind of information to myself alone. Get a copy, it would bless you. |
The Twelve P's of turning your passion to profit. First is to identify your Passion. Your passion is anything your do effortlessly without necessarily for monetary gains that excites you. Secondly, is your Personality. An introvert would not do well as a marketer and an extrovert would not do well as an accountant for example. Your personality must fit into your business for it to succed. Thirdly, is to know the People that needs your passion. If you sell to people that don't need your product, then you are just a noise maker to them. But when you identify the people that needs your product, you become a solution provider. Fourthly, identify the Problem that your passion can solve. Number five, is to create a Platform that can carry your passion or use an existing one. Simply put, create your own company or join one. Sixth, is to Package your passion into something presentable for the buyers. Seventh is to Price your passion. Learn not to over price or under price your passion. Eighth, is to Promoting your passion. Meaning, publicity. Nineth, is Presenting your passion. Simply put. Marketing your product. Making that sales. Number ten, the Product itself. Every passion must be turned into a product. Next is to Profit from your passion. Profit might not neccessarily be monetary. It could be emotional, goodwill, good name and reputation as the case may be. Lastly, Posterity. What would the world know your for when your are no more. Use your passion to affect the lifes of people positively. |
Eze Promoe: [color=crimson]Who told you they were bribed? Is it that you don't know the meaning of Nigeria or you just choose to be sarcastic. Much as i understand the tribal sentiments attached to this Odauh's issue, it is clear that buildings alone don't make foe a good organisation. We have seen companies without big buildings affect lifes positively. What is the use of a gigantic edifice when people die like pack of chickens everyday from our airports? Theres more to avaition than the buildings. |
