Please I have another question. Someone called my mum from VFS office, Mr Festus. and sent my mum this message.

kindly go to sterling Bank or transfer online the sum of #9410 per person for passport transmission fee to acct number 0065165839, acct name: Canada VFS FEE ACCOUNT, forward the payment details to canadang@vfshelpline.com

Please can anyone that is legit. Is my mum suppose to pay another transmission fee again? This is a renewal visa. She did Biometrics in 2019 and it is still valid. Hope to hear from anyone soon. Thanks

My mum had her renewal interview for Jan 13th 2022, then they rescheduled to March 14th 2022, she just got a mail today that it has been rescheduled to November 21, 2022. Please do not fall for anyone claiming to provide earlier dates.
No random individual has the ability to conjure dates out of thin air.
The 2024 appointment period was done intentionally by the U.S Department of State for some strange reasons which is unfair.
It is sad that the first available appointment is in 2024.
That is just the poor treatment we get because we are Nigerians.
Thank you for your advice.

Is it that 2022 and 2023 are already filled up? Cos as at February this year when I checked for date, October 2021 was available then.

I was so shocked to see 2024.

Hello everyone.

Please does visa stamping take so long?

Passport was submitted April 11, 2019 at VFS lekki for TRV and up till now we gave not heard from them.

Online Tracking says it is being processed at Canadian visa office.

Please shld I be worried or is there anything I can do. Traveling next week.

It was an online application.
Travelling for vacation, alongside my wife and kids but my Kids don't need a Visa to travel to Canada-so I did not apply for them,however filled their name as travelling with me.

Documents submitted :
-My Bank Statement
-Pension Plan Statement
-Payslips & Letter from Employer
-Ticket Reservation & Hotel Reservation
-Wife's Bank Statement
-and a Letter of Explanation.
The other forms you need to fill and upload already have your travel history captured.
-I had no Invitation letter, I don't have any relative there

That was all.
