Good morning house. Please has anyone experienced this sort of thing. I made an inquiry with WES using their "Contact Us" and it took forever to receive a response. When it finally came it was an off-point response, not in any way related to the question I asked .

Is it that their customer service is inefficient or what?? Cos ayam not understanding

Called yesterday, spoke to a representative who got my details and promised to call back. When he called, he apologised for the delay that it was due to some logistic issues but that hopefully it will be back soon.

So, I dey wait my goodnews of upgrade. (14th week)

Yes you can. It is evaluated as 3 years bachelors degree. Send a mail to CIPM. You will get a response with all you need to submit and the application fee. You also need to pay all your dues.

Once transcript is ready, you pick up and send to WES yourself.

WES will also verify from CIPM, after which your evaluation report will be ready at the stipulated time.

Please don't wait for their email it might never come. I had to visit their office in Ikoyi after 14 weeks. It was just sitting on their shelf. They didn't even apologize.

I was actually there 2 weeks ago and was told it wasn't back. Called this past Monday and same thing. I will again next week Monday.

The wait can be frustrating but I choose to focus on the positives.

I intend bombarding them through out next week.

By His grace I will share goodness here soon.

They already have the certificate as I had faxed it to them earlier and it was acknowledged by WES.

For the verification, is WES sending my school i.e. UNILAG an email for verification or they’re sending them copies of the transcript and degree certificate for UNILAG via POST to verify?

WES sends both email and hardcopy via mail (This takes about 3-4 weeks to get to UNILAG.)

Unilag claimed they never got my WES verification email. They always checked and said they didn't receive it.

So it was after they received the hardcopy verification request from WES that they replied. (Though one too na one long process. If registrar no minute am out, records no fit do anything)

So get in touch with your contact to follow up with the lady on verification desk.

Yes fizzile. Or it could be a few days earlier than June 8.

My hubby's and mine came out the exact days they stated.

So just relax. June is almost here.

Hi people, am so excited after waiting 12 long weeks I finally got feedback on my EOR and my score changed from LWRS- 8/6.5/8.5/8 to LWRS- 8.5/7/8.5/8 ..Yes my listening and writing changed by .5 to think I took the risk and refused writing another ielts. Time to dive into the pool. WES has been ready since last month

i requested for EOR with BC since February and this week makes it 10 weeks.
Still waiting for my remark result.

I am also waiting for mine since Feb 26th. Went there on Monday and was told it's not ready.

Hi peeps,

Just an observation.

So my friend wrote IELTS with BC March 24th in Lagos, applied for EOR April 20th and got a feedback for BC yesterday May 8th. Just barely 3 weeks with no upgrade.

I think BC may also have started processing the remark here in Nigeria because 3weeks is even less than what's on their website (6-8weeks).

What do you guys think?
