Obito could use Izanagi by default cause he's Uchiha and knew the implications, hence the stockpile of sharingan. The senju cells he had in him ONLY lengthened the duration of the Izanagi, nothing more.

Senju cells basically extend the period of use. It is not a pre-requisite to use the jutsu.

That is a correct observation of events in America's judicial system. A good white lawyer, a white skin, white jurors will mean that there must be 100% clear and incontrovertible evidence of guilt before a guilty verdict is reached. That is a good question. But the answer is complicated. For me, one good starting point is to revisit the badly damaged family life in the african American community. All these single motherhood, teenage pregnancies etc lead to young men and women with no role models in their lives and by the time they are 20 they've been in and out of jail with criminal records which will ensure that they will never advance in life.

Family values and Education is the starting point.
At the risk of sounding disrespectful, let me say that I am yet to see any african American family in south-west Ohio with both parents still married and kids all living happily together for about 10 or more years. Now, the whiteys are no better but like I said earlier, the whiteys can get away with a lot of BS and the AAs will get stuck. So AA have to work extra hard to get a better position in the food chain.

I'm ready to go to extremes to avoid going to jail. Bc I know my gender/skin color/age/accent combo is a sure ticket to American jails, I avoid the police with extreme measures that I won't even recommend for the weak hearted
