Our client is a successful F.M.C.G Company in modest terms.

Her thrust is in the in food processing business. They have a decent market share and effective demand for their products. They are embarking on a market expansion drive.

Recently, they have successfully completed an equipment upgrade and now seek an Angel Investor in the form of a Temporary Venture Capitalist (TVC).This investment will be received in the form of raw material supplies and payments will be made monthly. The investment will however span 12 calendar months and will be executed in three quarterly cycles where each cycle consists of three months.

The first of this three cycle investment project will require an investment of Seven Million Naira (NGN 7,000,000.00). They will advise as regards where and how raw materials will be procured at the cheapest possible price and the difference will be appropriated by both parties in a mutually agreed sharing formula.

The second and the third investment cycle will be initiated only after the fIrst one has been wrapped up completely and they will require capital infusion of Ten Million (10,000,000.00) and Five Million Naira (N5,000,000.00) respectively. A detailed analysis of the projections and execution plan with an insight into the ROI will be provided the identified and selected investor.

We wish to emphasise that our client seeks a long term investor and not just a supplier. This is a long term project; the risk potential is very low. The return on investment is not super high but it is reasonable, competitive and consistent.

You are most welcome. It irks me so much the way young adults reason on this forum. Someone just died in a most horrible manner while she slept soundly, by someone she housed and fed (she was stabbed). I won't go into more details. If and when her family wishes to reveal more to the media, then good. But for now it's best to respect their privacy at this trying time.
Btw, I am not viviangist dear.
Thank you again.

The moniker mistake is regretted.

Secondly, your position on not spilling what you know about the incidence is respected and outright commendable.

I dont even think I would make much of a difference. People will always believe what their preconceived notions present.

Fortunately, the truth will unfold eventually.

Personally, I think the story is off the mark. There is more than meets the eye.

Meanwhile we will keep our fingers crossed. Have a good day.

How is this different from the posts suggesting the madam was nasty to the steward? All still conjecture. Until you tell us the true story as you know it.
Heck the steward may have killed her in self defense. ALL CONJECTURE. So let's have a field day. The dead feel nothing, thankfully.

Are sure about the last sentence on your post?

One should only assert what he is sure of.

How can u even employ someone when u cant afford to pay them? Some ppl just like wahala and she don see am.

This is quite alarming Tosin. I am surprised that you think like this.

Think through it properly.

Do employers really go out there to employ people with the evil intention of depriving them. Definitely not. Sometimes projections fail, recession plays out and illness takes a toll. Appearance is not always reality.

I have had a laundary man who worked with me for several years and at some point I couldn't afford to pay him for many months and could not sack him also. We worked out something for the period and eventually that ill wind blew away and we continued as if nothing really happened.

Summarily, it is the intentions that actually matter in the final analysis.

Employing somebody is a difficult responsibility. You need to cut the employer some slack.

Hmmmm...this isn't the true story though.
I personally knew Dayo. Met her a while back. She is the younger sister of a lady married to a rather powerful family known for selling cars in Lagos. It was NOT a salary issue.
Rest in peace dear Dayo.

And btw, for those talking thrash, the man in question murdered Dayo yday and was on the run before he was apprehended today. While on the run, he had the gall to post a 90s choreographed dance video of himself on instagram and even said hi to his Cameroonian buddies in french. All these AFTER he killed her. His IG handle is William_smith1059.

And someone mentioned wanting to pay his legal fees!

Thankyou Madam for this input.

I was reading through the posts on this thread and it just revealed the sad picture of the reality of the general pattern of the general thought process of our citizenry.
The value we place on life is so tertiary that it is simply laughable. We are a people that trivialize every single thing.

I do not know the lady in question but just reading the post on her death indicated so many things that other posters have identified.

Something was so terribly wrong with the story. It is bereft of logic and stands intelligence on its head.

In other climes this would only constitute a cartoon or a very soft sell story.

There is a serious psychiatric epidemic in this country. That someone could justify murder on account of an unverified claim of debt is enough indication of our Mental state and psychological well being.

We really need to reappraise our cognitions.
Our very thoughts have such a significant impact on our activities and by extension our circumstances more than we have really cared to know.

Read the story again.

Check out the highlights and try not to conclude from your already prejudiced perspective. Imagine the possibility of this being one of those rushed conclusions by our lethargic and sloppy intelligence corp.

Just go back to the Instagram handle as referred, it may make a difference.

Again Viviangist, thanks for the fresh perspective and factual pointers your post brought.

May we always be permitted to understand that life is a sacred gift and must be treated as the opportunity that it is. No one, absolutely no one has the right to take it.

I learnt a fundamental principle of selling from Brian Tracy, in his book... "The psychology of selling"... It states thus:

" Before you sell anything, you must sell yourself first"...
I agree with you completely. But you must look at this statement from a larger perspective. When buying a necessity product from a monopoly they really don't have to sell themselves that much. Think about it.

Permit me to reiterate that this was a most humbling experience for me. A rare privilege to discover the magic of F.M.C.G.

And to think that for several years I've been buying fuel in that station and passing daily through that road without seeing this gold mine.

Once again Karin, a big thank you to you.

Kindly advise on the next step. 2017 should be a year of iconic transformation.

Hello Karin and all, I went to Mobil Filling station by Guinness in Ikeja yesterday and identified the place that you talked about.

Shock rendered me speechless for a long while. I ended up chatting with the lady and learnt so much. I also observed as customers were buying from her. Simply a marvel.

There are indeed great opportunities in this equally great country. I don't know if I should share what I discussed with her on the thread. Can I send you a pm Mma?

I also took some photographs. I will try to upload them on the thread as you requested. Picture quality may not be wonderful as I used my phone but it should suffice.

Finally, I am grateful for the experience this opportunity provided.

So true. It's so funny how we always think that the company is the greater beneficiary in the supply chain.

This is superior thinking at its golden best.

Thanks for this paradigm shift.

I must say this is a most rewarding afternoon for me. Two very important lessons.

Thanks Karine and eezeribe who gave it additional flavour.

I must say that you are quite observant Madam Karin.

After reading your last post I looked at my kids lunchbox this morning and indeed the biscuits are now paper thin.

I also took a sip from a coke bottle with my daughter and must say that the drop in sugar levels is very obvious.

Thank you for bringing this to our notice. Some of us just plod along daily without observing anything closely.

Welcome back and due condolences.

Great job Karin. When I saw those pictures and the report from Latestarter I became a complete emotional wreck, weeping like a baby(I am a 40 year old male who easily weep for joy).

Here is one woman willing to sacrifice so much time to help others she hasn't met and probably will never meet completely free.

Such selflessness can never go unrewarded. I have a request to make but I will take my time and word it properly so that you don't burn me like you did Allstrasse who has disappeared into his shell never to show up again.

Karin, I am happy about your reviewed stance on micro loans assistance to interested participants who are indigent.

I wish to commit to helping 5 participants with interest free loan not exceeding 20k each, repayable at the end of March 2017.

How this will be disbursed will be entirely at your discretion.

Finally, among the 5 beneficiaries must be lexaydfg. He has demonstrated commitment and tenacity in this project. I await your approval and further instructions.

Thank you.

Karin, I dont know you from eve but you are doing a marvellous job here. If indeed you are a scam then so be it. So far we haven't lost anything but we have gained maximally.

When I read the post from goldman777, I must confess that I became a bit worried and decided to read your other posts/threads. I just finished reading all and I must say that you are spic and span.

Your rejection of the 500k offer from another poster was quintessential. I did feel it was a bit too blunt but when I read your adduced reasons, I knew that you were right. The likes of Goldman are nothing but distractions. Ignore him completely after all if he wasn't a scam himself he wouldn't be looking for scams even when it doesn't exist.

Secondly, I noticed that you completely avoided discourse in the issue of small loans.

Please revisit the lexaydfg post/request. Some genuine people could really benefit from this entire framework.

Finally, I agree with and respect your demand for anonymity. That endears me more to you. I would have done exactly the same. There really is no need for self-service or aggrandizement.

On the whole you have my support and attention, though I am not a likely participant but I will offer a few tips from time to time.

Well done ma and more strength to your thumbs.
