Johnnyjohnnyman:Bros go the entire hog........rest this case; conduct a DNA for all the kids. |
olurufi:Ibadan is quite expansive and equally super dense. This always translates to the fact that there will always be needs to be attended to....for a fee. This economy right now is quite unpredictable and as such I don't advocate long term investments no matter how attractive. Your best bet would be in trading fast moving consumer goods. All the better if you can source, procure and distribute very unique products. Please note that product must be a consumable to ensure frequent and consistent repeat purchases which will in turn assure of a consistent income stream. Ibadan people are reputed to love cheap items but this doesn't negate their penchant for quality stuff. So look for something being produced and sold in Lagos which is yet to get into Ibadan and then explore the potential it has. I would like to add that whatever you do please start small. Do a trial run first with about 50k - 100k and based on objective feed back you can decide to take the plunge......but grow in incrementally. If you have mobility (and are not afraid of hard work) then your business will grow phenomenally. A major advantage in this model is that your money can be turned around twice a week so even if the margins are very low you can still do 10 to 12 cycles with the same amount of capital within one month. The risk is also minimal as there is no third part whatsoever. Yes, the cost of logistics could be quite heavy but there are ways you can cut down the transport considerably. If and when you are ready to start I could recommend a few viable transportation options for you. Above all, please handle your money alone. Do not delegate...at least initially. Best of luck.. |
Brarrie:So sorry but this job is in Lagos. |
Brarrie:My location is not important. The job will however be in the Lagos or Ogun State. Post your details and you will receive a call. You can take it up from there. |
Samwise0077:Are you male and ready to resume immediately? How do I contact you? |
Pastoshizzy:I read this post and I must say that I was impressed. Your flawless English as expressed here should attract more than just a driving role. I also decided to check out your previous posts and I wasn't disappointed. My only prayer is that you can defend the bolded then the sky will be your limit. On the strength of the above I can say clearly that you have just landed a job with a reasonable company.....if the discussions meet your expectations. Accomodation may also be offered if you are interested. I however have only on request....don't let me down, do your best and I assure you that it will only end in praise. You will receive a call early this morning! Best wishes. |
edoncast:I was really touched by your post. I hope you are sincere about this. In any case I have decided to see how I can be of help. There are a few jobs that your wife can get around your axis there but their conditions are rather quite demanding. 1. There is a Factory Assistant job in Akute there where they are making different confectionery and they pay 15k for the first 3 months and 20k by the 4th month. They close 7.00pm and work Saturdays too. 2. There is also a Inventory Controls Officer role available in Akute too Position requires a graduate/ND holder. Salary is 40k but if your wife is as smart as you make her out to be we could convince management to give her the role. Work is 8-6pm Monday through Saturday. 3. Data Entries Assistant This one is a like an Admin Assistant role. SSCE applicants with knowledge of MS Office suite. Experience in petty cash management will be an added advantage. Job is in Tipper Garage, Akute. 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday through Saturday. Salary is 20k. Chose the one that is best for you and drop your wife's phone number and I will take it up from there. |
Thatakwabombabe:Location please. And picture of the generator too. |
StrafordSTONES:Can you re-take the picture of the screen. This one looks seriously scratched. |
Realists:At the bolded....you will have to give him the benefit of doubt. If he had dipped his hand in the public till he would have been behind bars since his fall out with APC. Much as I don't hold brief for any politician I would also like to view things with a high dose of objectivity. |
4teenblaq:Location please? |
Mokason288:A great opportunity missed yet again. But all hope is not lost...at least not just yet. |
Just found another opening.....080 99 - 99 - 41 - 32 Send your CV via WhatsApp. Pls note that this role is designed for SSCE holders but the salary is 30k and comes with accomodation. Resumption is for 1st September. |
Trailblazer93:Send an updated CV to 08033340411. They are recruiting at the moment. |
ZeroAccess:He won't drag Kano votes with Atiku. He is more likely pull out of the race thus handing over the votes to Atiku. But a surprise awaits the north and indeed the entire Nigeria. |
Chinonye2022:Put up your phone number and email address here and expect a call within 48 hours. |
Cyril009:Congratulations. But how come you didn't say so all the while? Is it the bakery I sent you to or somewhere else? Courtesy dictates that you should at least keep me abreast. |
Cyril009:Wow! Okay! Let's see what we can do about that. Perhaps I can convince him to call you if he still has your number. |
Cyril009:I will contact the bakery owner today. You have his number....initiate a discussion with him and then pay them visit for a proper interview. Pls note that he is a very thorough man. You will however be made an offer that is commensurate and reflective of your skillset which again can only be expressed during the interview session. Contact him today and revert. |
Cyril009:Having given it some thought these are the available options; We could revisit the bakery opportunity and this implies that I would have to speak to the man and request that he gives you a second chance if the job is still available or perhaps he could create a role for you. This is like the proverbial bird in hand. We could also forget about the bakery and keep our focus on other opportunities that may come up in the future. You have to choose and I then work on whatever your decision is. I await your prompt response. |
Cyril009:Only problem I see here is the fact that you didn't communicate with the man. Since it is Saturday, I will take my time and type out a few words that may benefit you and others. Young people today live in the most interesting times. Opportunities now exist like never before. Nairaland is a wonderful resource if you know how to use it well. I looked through your previous posts and liked the fact that your expression as a SSCE holder was superb. I took a liking to you and decided to give you some props to aid you now and in the future. I called the gentleman and asked him if he could create an opportunity for you in his small business with me acting as Referee and Guarantor. After thinking through he decided to consider you and then he made the call. He was equally impressed the job was all yours for the taking. Now about your mum and her anxieties.....her fears are well placed drawing from her inhibitions and limited exposure.....no offence meant here. You on the other hand are in the prime of your life, you hold a tool in your hands that can literally change your life and indeed the life of others and even of generations unborn. That is why you were able to do some sleuthing and confirmed for yourself that the offer was legit. She doesn't know that. In your shoes, I would have gone to the place quietly, observed them, taken photos, perhaps had an interview, collected an appointment letter and gone back home to persuade her. Perhaps you could even ask her to follow you there before resumption just to make her feel comfortable. I am sure the M.D of that business would have understood the need to assuage your mum. That is a very different bakery. You would have learnt so much while there. In future always look at every opportunity form a comprehensive and wholesome perspective before accepting or declining. Meanwhile, if you haven't yet started anything and are still open to this offer let me know.....perhaps we can yet salvage the situation. I am also available to help you you get other opportunities whenever the appear (of course they will most likely be offers that come online so you still have to contend with your mother's fears). It's been nice reading from you and getting to hear what actually transpired. Remain positive and expectant. It can only get better. |
Cyril009:I took the time to look through your previous posts and was happy with the trail. On the strength of that I searched for your contact and sent it to an associate of mine with a high recommendation. The job was as good as yours. I only got to know yesterday that the man called you and you mentioned something about your mum not allowing you take a job that comes with accomodation or something of that nature. You even had the audacity to request for the man's picture and picture of his operations and obliged you. The big question is; did you even attend an interview or even meet with the potential employer? Most of you people here on social media seeking help have already pre-determined how help must come to you. Sadly, life doesn't work that way. |
Sergio101:Plentiful oil dey your crown. |
No biggy here! Just sheer coincidence. Popular Ilupeju pastor comes to mind. Southernigbo: |
Do you take interns? I have one candidate interested in learning how to become a commercial baker. |
Chydon888:Send your CV to urbanesearch@gmail.com as soon as you can. Shortlisting is underway as we chat now. They will appraise your suitability and then call you for a phone interview...first. You can handle it from there. |
