is this another promise that will materialize in 2015?

does odechukwu think nigerians are silly?

bombs everywhere,
trigger happy policemen,
boko haram
mend
armed robbers

are we all going to move to aso rock (the only safe place in nigeia) or something?
We cant even move to Aso Rock cos before we all enter they will open fire on us. I drove pass Aso Rock and wanted to take photos and my friend driving me said i shouldnt try to stop cos SSS are all around and i can be ARRESTED FOR LOITERING AND TAKING PHOTO OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY!!!. I live in South african and can do anything in the yard of union building (south africa's presidential building). These guys only plan for themselves. compare abuja road to other places and you will see the difference. electricity, water etc is there and everything. so they only seems to cater for themselves.

LETS VOTE FOR CHANGE NOT PDP AGAIN!!!

Nigerians should stop using religion as a weapon. lets all join hands and fight corruption. I'm a christian to the core but i support Bhuhari/Bakare for a change. lets give them a chance to see if they can fight what is destroying our nation. I believe the people that support PDP are those one benefiting from corruption and dont want it to stop so they can continue to feed fat while the nation is being destroyed

This is for all those people with the sharia issue.

It will surprise you to know that Buhari’s driver is a Christian and he has been with him for more than 10 years- Tunde bakare
PoliticsRe: Tunde Bakare Is Also A Northerner. Buhari Has Messed Up. by bishoptboy(m): 6:35pm On Feb 03, 2011
Finally, we want to correct the impression, rumors and innuendos about Tunde Bakare’s state of origin. While we are all proud Nigerians, Pastor Bakare is a proud son of Egbaland. He is not related to Kwara state by blood or by marriage.

We want to implore all our supporters and all lovers of Nigeria to continue their struggle for the liberation of Nigeria from the Mafia in the PDP who are holding us hostage.

God bless all our teeming supporters.

God bless Nigeria.

Stella Lebi
Spokeswoman
Buhari/Bakare Campaign.

this settles the debate about where Bakare comes from

TO ME THE PERSON THAT SAID BAKARE IS FROM KWARA KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BAKARE. I STILL LISTEN TO HIS SERMON TODAY WHEN HE TOLD THE STORY OF SHODEKE (HIS ANCESTOR) HE IS FROM ABEOKUTA. SO THIS TREND SHOULD EVEN BE SCRAPPED COS BAKARE IS NOT FROM KWARA.

MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE COMMENT ABOUT BAKARE HAVE LITTLE OR NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HIM.

To all that quote the bible by saying he shouldnt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, why dont you quit your own job because your boss is not a born again. you are perfect in reading the bible out of context

johndoe200:
Thank God the elections will be for Nigerians and not Internet Nigerians. We Nigerians know that Buhari-bin-Laden and his fake pastor side kick are just a joke.
What makes him fake. proof it by giving examples. is it because he believes that without being in politics you cant change things. is that against the bible. do you think he wants money. he has been rich before he started his church. he even funds his church from his personal finance. Attacking other Pastor because he see them practising whats not in the bible makes him a fake pastor? He teams up with uhari makes him a fake Pastor, ask Daniel if nebucadnezer was born again or joseph is Pharaoh was born again. SO WHAT MAKES HIM FAKE? He prophesied that OBJ has recieved God's judgement (he never said OBJ will die) and other men of God pleaded to God for mercy on OBJ (this is confirmed by Prophet Abiara that its prayers that sustained OBJ and no one should ignore the prophecy. SO TELL ME AGAIN WHAT MAKES HIM A FAKE PASTOR? Who is better btw him and PDP.

I always say anyone clamoring for PDP is either a looter or aspiring looter and we will run you all out of Nigeria

out here in d east our mindset is dat d election has been won.
Now we all registered to vote for goodluck do u kno why?
because with him we ve a chance of attractin federal presence, i mean there is a chance river niger ll be dredged so i dont ve to go to lagos to clear my container so i dont ve to go to lagos for treatment.even if it dont come to my beloved anambra wen its done in bayelsa better cos its closer see wat i mean
We all kno gej is not d best but wit him we kno were we stand come on stop all dis buhari wateva.i tot he's been there already wat legacy did he leave wen he had d chance to change nigeria as almighty dictator politically i'm naive i know and don give a ?
So its about your container. Go to Abuja and you will know that GEJ and his fellow boys have forgoten something called niger delta. juat wait there for dredging of niger delta while they are busy sharing your money in abuja. we will give chance to Buhari that kept nigeria sane and Bakare that is passionate about chance
PoliticsRe: Breaking News - Buhari Picks Bakare by bishoptboy(m): 9:44pm On Feb 02, 2011
I'm so happy that smart people that want change are coming up to defend the true cause. We want to give credible people like Buhari and Bakare a chance. Enough of looting by PDP. they finish looting and put their children there to continue the trend. GEJ has shown that he has nothing to offer.

For the ignorant that think Bakare wants position and money, you have missed it. He has said it long ago that his destiny is tied to this country and he will lay all on the line for the country.

For those that think men of God are not to go into politics. siddon there. Go and read your bible well and see that men that made impact in the bible were not those that sat in the church. the likes of Joseph, Daniel, nehemiah, moses and the list goes on were invovled in politics of their time. Its your ignorance of the bible that makes you say that men of God should leave politics to looter.

Bakare asked bishop Mike okonkwo on a flight to Nigeria that if the church is asked to present a candidate for political office that who do we have and Okonkwo's answer implied that we have none. i believe that prompted Bakare to say if no one will have the liver to do that he will. so he is not seekin money. I even read in an online paper that Pastor Adeboye supports bakare's decision

Beaf:
I said this elsewhere. I would really like to know how Tunde Bakare will mobilise in motorpacks and market places, its poor people that vote. Even more than that, how will he mobilise his own born again constituency, they will be divided by his very strong utterances against fellow pastors last year (I could be wrong though).
for some of us we dont mind losing but we will have a clear conscience that we voted the man we believe can do it with integrity and not chop i chop PDP people that have done us no good except enrich themselves with our collective wealth. We wont play if you cant beat them join them. THATS WEAKNESS

As For how Tunde Bakare will do it. what you dont know is that Tunde Bakare has never been limited to the church and will not be. He is connected to everybody even OPC and Gani Adams. GUYS BEFORE YOU CONDEMN THIS MAN LISTEN TO HIS SPEECHES/SERMONS ON THE STATE OF OUR COUNTRY

my guy you no be LRA because if you are you will know Bakare better and know about his passion for the country. the way you are suprised about his decision tell me you must be one of those that breeze into the church just to mark register

@Limaoscar, how many of our politicians are as educated as Bakare. what do the people in govt know about politics except to share money like GEJ and we all say GEJ will do it when he has started in a wrong way by giving money as primaries. we all know the next 4 years will be another 4 years of chop i chop if PDP continues
PoliticsRe: Breaking News - Buhari Picks Bakare by bishoptboy(m): 10:30pm On Feb 01, 2011
I just dont understand why people think the way they do. Most of the poeple that are criticizing Bakare are those ones that dont even understand anything about him and why he makes his decision. To me I see a man that loves his country so much that he would lay down everything for his country including his reputation . A man that brought back his two sons from the US to come and match with him and exposed them to danger. our leaders send their kids our to escape the country while they loot it. Most of you siddon for your PC dey blow grammer anyhow. How many of you have stood up for what you think you believe in. When crooks say vote for us we will give you money, you dump your critical minds and just run and vote. now credible men decide to team up and change our nation and you just cant keep quiet but criticize them. If you listen to Tunde Bakare you would know that he is not about religion,  but you dont. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU THAT CANT RISK ANYTHING FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN BUT CAN ONLY CRITICIZE THOSE THAT DO.
PoliticsRe: Buhari’s Running Mate: Bakare Decides Today ! by bishoptboy(m): 8:22pm On Jan 31, 2011
The people that condemns Bakare are those that never listened to him as he talks about his passion for Nigeria. I listen to some of his sermons and thats why I support him. He loves Nigeria so much that he is ready to put everything on the line-even his own reputation. For a chance i will vote for him. I personally dont think GEJ is the change we need. How has he proven himself to be different? I stand to be corrected

*Pastor, pastor, oh Mr. Pastor. who will pasture your flock when you abandon them* Who said Tunde Bakare sits as a Pastor, He has people that he has trained to lead in his church to lead and so the issue of someone taking care of the flock (cos its not his flock, they are God's children and God can take care of His own) is settle
PoliticsRe: Buhari’s Running Mate: Bakare Decides Today ! by bishoptboy(m): 3:33pm On Jan 31, 2011
Even if Tunde Bakare/Buhari dont win, we will still believe in the change they want. Enough of looters stealing our money. For those that believe Men of God are to stay in the church, you have read your bible wrong. A large percentage of men that made huge impact in the bible are not confined to the church. talk of moses, daniel, david, abraham. they were all leaders and not preachers. I have listened to Bakare's messages about Nigeria and there was not one time that I heard him say God told him to run for office but his passion for his nation is what pushes him and I will support such a man. A man that stand up for all and not just sit and collect people offering and live large on it without talking for once on the state of our nation. I SUPPORT BAKARE

Someone please help me shout out to Nigerians that south Africa is not a land of milk and Honey. Alot of Nigerians living in nigeria live better lives than south africans and even nigerian living here. I have been living in south africa for four years now and i know the difference. why would you commit suicide over traveling abroad. this is the second time someone die trying to hide in a plane. the first was a guy on a flight to US. this is sad

TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 12:49pm On Sep 03, 2009
as for me I wont rate it low and hate the film maker because it makes nigerians look bad. If you've seen Jerusalema it makes Nigerians look very very very bad compared to this one. I cant blame them because of what our brothers do in south africa. they kidnap girls inject them with drugs and send them to the street as prostitute. If you've heard of Hillbrow, its so bad there that we Nigerians are even scared to go there not to talk of south africans or whites. our borhters that will do anything for money have put us in a very bad light so we are the scape goat in their films.

Never the less there are many south africans that love nigerians and respect them because some of us still lift up the green white green high with integrity.

I would rate the film 6.5 out of 10. no beefs
TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 11:21pm On Sep 01, 2009
i went to see the film the day it was released in south africa and i was really entertained. I have seen the guy's short film that he made which let to this feature (for the short film check out Alive in Joburg on youtube)
The beginning dragged a little bit but when they got to the action part it picked up pace.
About the Nigerian issue i have made peace with that becausee i have found the reason why they do that becos its not only in district 9 they did that. they did it in Jerusalema, Jacob's cross etc. Its like when Americans want to make a film and want to put a villain that will strike fear int eh heart of their viewers then they use a guy from middle east (bin laden's achetype) or before during cold war they use Russians. of all the nationals in south africa Nigerians stand out. we strike fear in the heart of an average south african more than any other country in the world. villains dont come from canada in hollywood films so villains dont come from swaziland in south african films. an average south african is scared of nigerians because of the name we have made for ourselves here due to the ammount of crimes nigerians do in south africa so it fits to make nigerians villains in their films.

You dont wanna do that. shoot Nigerian youth that enjoy Nollywood. thats genocide! alot of lives will be lost grin . common man give the director of the film a little prop. 5% you must be very wicked.
I have not seen a good movie recently that I would like to talk about except old ones. lets wait till tomorrow and I will tell you what I think of Harry porter. I'm a fan so i might be biased. LOL

When I was a kid van Danme films was it for me but now abeg.
The trailer for Jumper hooked me and I went to waste my money and time

TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 7:17pm On Jul 14, 2009
wow so much has been said in my absence. i missed the train and I'm trying to catch up.

@ JK and Mrbrown

I tell you I hate Nollywood myself and I wish the movies improve. I have concluded that most Nollywood films are for the illiterate, semi-Literate and the educated Illiterate. JK do you know that there are so many young guys and girls that love and adore these rubbish they call Nollywood home video. In a very long time I never watched any Nollywood until I was told about Jenifa and I went to see it. i hated myself for that. Since that time I have not seen any Nollywood. Young guys and girls love these film so its not necessarily about age but about taste.

I cant wait to see Harry Porter, even though many belief it to be demonic i find it to be fun but wont advice it for kids. Its gonna be released here tomorrow. I watched Body of lies again yesterday and I love the film. wink

@Obsessed
That scene where she opened her eyes and the chandeliers was uncalled for. this is not horror. I feel the movie was just a remake of some movie i have seen before and cant remember. the story is too cheesy and nothing new.
TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 10:15pm On Jul 13, 2009
@ Kunmi
LOL. im not saying stupid movie for stupid audience. it started some time ago when i was clamoring for young film makers to change the face of nollywood and flush out bad films and one poster by the name combrazor said we shouldnt bother about changing nollywood to our taste but we should just go ahead and do out thing and leave them to there "stupid" films.

I sat at my pastor's house fixing his PC and his mother inlaw was watching africa magic. i watched the film as i was working and its one of the most stupid films but his mother inlaw was so much engrossed by the film that she dialogs with the characters in the film. I know one thing that she cant be so interested in Transformers like she was interested the that silly film.

i came to the conclusion that nollywood is serving a need and thats why its thriving today all over Africa. even in europe and america they have an audience. Micheal bay has his audinece, Tyler Perry has his own, Jenifa (bis ges) has her own, just like Frank miller has his. and these audience have different taste. i for one love micheal bay while some other guy feel his movies are bad.

I have a classmate that the fountain is her best film and i only watched 10 minutes of the film and i switched off my tv cos i believe its for drug addicts. LOL
TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 6:29pm On Jul 13, 2009
I wish all men are like Derek who will throw away offer from women not because of their religious belief or something else but for the sake of their home sad. this reminds me of the character of Chris Rock in I think I love my wife. what im trying to say is that the character was too perfect and alot of people cant identify with that. i would give him a little weakness if i was the script writer/director.

The film is too predictable and I hope it did well in the cinema. I watched it and most people in the hall loved it cos they were cheering in that last scene. This brings me to something i found out lately-A director should identify his audience and meet their need. Obsessed didnt work for me but did for most of the audience with me in the hall. Most films from Nollywood are terrible but that doesnt mean its not doing well cos they are satisfying their audience.
TV/MoviesRe: The Movie Club by bishoptboy(m): 12:13pm On Jul 13, 2009
@ MRbrown and just kunmi

I totally agree with you guys on the fact that instinct could tell you. but know that they are humans and can get it wrong once in a while but anyways who knows what went wrong. all we know is that the film was bad. I never saw bangkok dangerous but i learnt the film bombed badly so i never bothered to see it.

about obsessed i think it just a girl film nothing big about it.
