It's easy to get just go der with probably passport n i.d card the card was free self wen i collected it but i don't know about now

Another solution is getting GTB dollar card it's easy to get though but funding it is the problem you have to deposit dollar in cash. It was fair wen dollar was below 600 inline now that it is 700+
