Labour Party had the 25% spread in 25 states including the FCT but Inec did what they are known for. Labour Party is challenging the process of the election which is obviously a failed process. If the process is right, then the winner will be legitimate and vice versa. Labour Party is not challenging the outcome of election because a flawed process, leads to a flawed outcome. Challenging the outcome will be illogical, if the process cannot be flawed.

Peter Obi had block votes from the south, he had over a million votes from states like Rivers, Delta, Edo but the ruling party in those states reduced his votes and gave him shaft.
