and tag them as irrelivant, so they know you are not trying to claim points for it abhim bossladyMo: Hi! They finally found the courses, but it took 2 whole months...despite the fact that I finished not too long ago. Agricultural Economics dept are more organised, you should get yours faster I guess.
I didn't upload syllabus, just transcript and certificate...you don't need syllabus.
You only need a year experience to get a positive assessment (during my time, pls confirm as rules might have changed). The CV format is detailed on their website. Lay emphasis on your agric experience, and just list any other irrelevant experience. |

Which holiday break abeg bossladymo !! Uploaded most of my stuff already. Does my 2 months start counting from the lodgement date? Also, assuming a co visits one's profile and don't have all the uploads, he'd prolly request right? bossladyMo: No need to certify anything...just upload coloured originals. Same with transcript and reference letter.
To upload payslips, click on evidence of work experience again, then select payslips...then attach.
Tobhave a direct grant within 60-90days, get your health exams sorted and upload all required documentation. Before the holiday break, DIBP were on point..mwith people getting grants or CO in exactly 2 months from application. |
Travel › Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by bjayzeez: 9:16am On Jan 14, 2015 |
bossladyMo: You will get a payment confirmation from immi. Just sign on to your immi account to attach docs. You should use a pdf merger to merge docs of the same category e.g payslips, and not upload them one by one, so you don't give your CO extra work.....you want to make your application as seemless as possible. Do I need to certify my PCC, IELTS, n skills assesment outcome. I know the transcript is necessary as well as the reference letter. Also, I noticed there's no where to upload payslips.... Shey na so. The attached pic, once all the relevant uploads are sorted, thassall?

Yea I guess.... It's the same docs I used for the skills assessment, the only addition would be more payslips, the pcc and meds. Speaking of meds, how much did fatayi Williams cost, and is the price good compare to other ehealth centers. I've seen on this thread, some call it 80, some call it 40....,and the one in abj most people say its 60 ish.... It's just me... bossladyMo: You will get a payment confirmation from immi. A Nigerian recently got his in exactly 2 months, 189. Mine would have been 2 months also if I had frontloaded meds. So if you want it in 2-3 mths, frontload your meds and PCC.........except you are placed on external security checks. Ah, thanks. I have the pcc already. Meds... I could wait for them to ask, or do it on my next trip to lag, and update my profile. That would equally work right |

Get in touch with bjayzeez, as he just got nominated by SA...guessing it took about 3 weeks or so.
Have you done IELTS? Quickly submit your SA application, as SA occupation status changes frequently. Yeah the status changes frequently. from low to medium to high availabilty. check and make sure its in medium to high when you put in. They will ask for a brief statement why you chose SA. I wrote stuff on its vibrance for my field n career opportunity for me, while contributing to the field through my experience.... the lifestyle, beaches, education for your kids. Note that the characters is not much. about 500 including spaces They would ask for finances... I think its about 20k dollars in asset and cash. They wont ask for proof. Info is on their website CheedyH |

Looking at my kids, and knowing that they are going to enjoy a farrr better quality of life. Their integrity won't be questioned because of their nationality, and their dreams and aspiration won't be cut short/delayed because of their nationality. The future looks brighter than it has ever looked.
Never under-estimate the power of positive confession. Right from my teens, a week never went by without me saying I wish I could get married and move to Australia...I wish to have a boy and a girl, but I want the boy to be first.
Well...need I say I got exactly what I wanted.I got my grant today! The right to live, work and study in Australia...wow! Townsville, here I come!
Note: No Form 80 requested. Prolly cos of my profile (female with kids), or because I have no international travel. Woohoo... Congrats. |

Oya quickly lodge your visa, so that you can gwt your grant before the financial year starts coming to an end. They start reducing the rate at which grants are given, as the quota for each category of visa starts getting filled up. Anything from April upwards is always tight, and some decision-ready applications have to spill over to the next financial year. The money no easy tho... we de there |

Well, I sent the hard copy, and others I know also sent a hard copy. @walmark Sending your certificate won't hurt anyway. If you can make the school send it.... Fine. If not, you can go to a business center, make them scan and print it on a conqueror paper, and send. If sending through sho or FedEx is pricy, go to the post office and request for the registered mail. It actually gets there but takes up to 2 weeks . That would cost u less than 1k. Best of luck |

chookudi: from what I found out, they all assess academic qualification and skills but they assess the former first before the latter. Meaning if you apply to have both assessed, if you are not given a positive assessment for your academic qualifications, then they wont go ahead with your skill assessment and will refund you the payment..Did you say 10-15 days? I think you mean weeks...Have you done your IELTS? When do you intend lodging your documents for assessment? .. Oh maybe I misinterpreted what I saw on the website.... Track your Application (Allow 10-15 working days processing time). Its not for me tho, its for a friend. Shes ready to do everything asap. she also has ielts academic. Shes not chattered so she cant use ICAA. Does it take forever? |

chookudi: I talked about this issue with Preacher some weeks ago. He went with CPA due to personal preference though I have told my fiancee who is the applicant to go with ICAA. Reason being that they'll take 4 weeks to assess both academic qualifications and skills employment. IPA and CPA take relatively longer. ok thanks, then I think ICAA is for chattered accountants, IPA will vertify you skills n employment seperately n CPA takes 10-15 days, and they verify both |
