placeofallure:Take your time to see the difference between the divine Igbo People and you black savages. Igbo means wealth. It didn't start today, we were created by God to prove it Those jewelleries you can see is one of the numerous things that differentiates us from you savages.
|
KoshCAD:You can argue with him exclusively without bringing the Divine Igbo people into it but No, you still want us to intimidate you Yorubas with our superior Igbo culture. If Democracy is seen as one of the hallmark of European Civilisation then guess who it is part of their culture? Ndigbo. We are not primitive like you lots that have kingdoms. We are above that. We are the future. That is why your Alaafin Palace can be compared with one Igbo man's house at that time and the mans own will look more dignified because we are way above you savages |
SlyDev:I kind of ignored the thread where you black savages exposed your ignorance because I thought that somehow you people will come to your senses as primitive animals but No, I was wrong. Did you manage to ask yourself if it is possible for every thing translated from one language to the other to be in the same number of words? As an African, you still don't know that a word can mean lots of things or be loosely broken to mean different thing entirely but when it exist alone will mean an exclusive thing. Ok, Igbo doesn't have a word for Love according to you people, then do we have a word for "HATE?" Nope |
KoshCAD:Atleast I will commend you for being the first Yoruba man on this forum to have the guts to post the original Alaafin of Oyo Palace without shame. Though I am the one that made you to post it. Anyways that aside. I respect originality so I won't like to go further in arguing whether our people's ibari house looks better or not because I believe that people's architecture represents them and needs not to be mocked /laughed at Thanks |
KoshCAD:I can't compare my divine Igbo people with 4th fiddle like you Yorubas so rest and look for your mates in Benin Republic or Togo. Anyways, for now you people have used three different Palaces to illustrate one Palace in the same year. We are getting to somewhere. Maybe before we are through, you will learn to accept who you are. You are no longer a white or Fulani servant. Maybe we can agree that you are still part of the Hausa Banza like the Hausa chronicles say |
KoshCAD:You could have added the one below so that we can agree that you are either Fulani or Hausa/kanuri. Lol Una no get anything. No originality. Nothing Always copying from your superiors (Fulani, Hausa and Whites)
|
KoshCAD:Where is the Yoruba architecture? I can't see any. No post a British House to solidify your inferiority |
KoshCAD:Let me explain it for you. People like us have no business with those that play 4th fiddle to other human beings. First to the Fulani, then Hausa and Whites. Can anybody be claiming a British House as theirs in this world except you people? No. I don't think so. One needs to have a certain level of inferiority complex to do such. As if you people are not seeing the block wall at the back of where Alaafin is seated |
KoshCAD:Compare the Igbo house below with what your white Lords dashed you. You know I can't say "compare with your own architecture" because you don't build. You even have a adage that you build houses in a day. Palm frond tatches is what you call houses.
|
KoshCAD:If you are not blind you would have seen the cement pillar/columns in the picture but no, an average Yoruba man worship the whites. That can't be said for the black Gods in human form like us. We were never mates |
Abagworo:I don't know where you are talking about but here in Anambra, we don't have a town that can be classified as rural. Maybe you should be more specific and give the names from your state. Every town in Anambra is up to city status by SW standards. If they can consider Ogbomosho, Ota, Ondo, Owo and Ilesha as city then every town in Anambra is a mega city because I have visited all of those places and they are not near to anywhere in Anambra. So maybe many Villages in your state can fill the local status quota you are talking about in SE. The United State of Anambra doesn't have any in that status/condition to contribute |
forgiveness:LOL you no well. But that one na general problem for Nigeria na |
forgiveness:Lagos is not part of SE |
In other words, Nigeria has decided to rob him |
forgiveness:Ibadan is not in SE my dear |
forgiveness:Brown roof estates you mean. Please I am talking about where human beings can live |
Truthvalue3:That makes us Gods. Ndigbo are the symbol of God's will on earth |
HedwigesMaduro:Covering up is meant for older people my dear. Fashion is about looking pleasant irrespective of what people might say. Now look at this Igbo elderly women and compare them with the poor looking women you call Queens in Oyo at that time. An Igbo dressing is not complete without accessorise. We don't dress poor until the abomination called Nigeria happened.
|
Truthvalue3:A Nationalist is the word. I am an Igbo nationalist. I will respect and try to hide some facts about you people if you people learn to respect those that are superior to you people |
HedwigesMaduro:Of course. We are miles apart. We (Ndigbo) are the superior black race that whites are scared of. Bless your black eyes with the wealth oozing from the picture below. That is Igbo. Only the glass beads on that kids hands can cure some people's communal poverty in SW. No need to talk about what the Ivory on the lady can do. You and I know how costly elephant tusks are
|
Astrid4:They built one in Oraifite, present day Anambra in 1842 for their warrant chief but we don't celebrate or try to claim it as ours like you people do. It is called dignity and we have it in overdose |
Astrid4:Alaafin of Oyo before the Palace was donated by the British.
|
klas:Didn't they measure women's skirt in London before because they consider anything that is near to knee to be "Naked" but what is happening today? Didn't they make you savages believe that Monarchy was the thing and Igbo democracy was bad but what is happening today? The earlier you black Barbarians understand that Ndigbo are far ahead of you lots, the better for you people. Whatever they saw in Igboland is what they are trying to be today. The shirtless women, The democracy All is them trying to be Igbo. Incase you don't know, women are currently campaigning in USA to be allowed to move freely without shirts like the ancient Igbo women do Did I mention a woman retaining her original surname after Marriage? That is another Igbo culture whites are trying to copy today. |
Shezzman:We are not tribes but different nations. Learn the difference |
HedwigesMaduro:It is called Fashion my dear Yáriba acquaintance. I bet you will screaming when you cross the shores of Nigeria. Ndigbo are more advanced for you black people to understand |
damosky12:Please try and Google at least so that you won't embarrass yourself in public when you post the pictures the OP did as original Yoruba architecture in the midst of scholars. The feeling stays for life |
damosky12:Buhahaha . What I have you was the easiest method to cure your ignorance without seeing what will depress you more.Believe me, you wouldn't like to see how they described Yoruba people if I should post it. You might be ashamed to call yourself Yoruba outside of your house |
damosky12:You can as well just type Oyo Palace in Google and be ashamed of yourself for celebrating what the white men donated to you |
temitope27:Those ones na Cities? Lol, Nigercity I've been to all those places and believe me apart from Offa in Kwara, they are what we call ancient villages in SE. Or is it because of the new empty main road in Owo that it turned to a city? Ndi mmadụ sef |
SlyDev:Settled. At the sight of something more powerful than them, humans lose their senses. It's like you haven't heard of colorising or probably how Ndigbo dressed looks like the future to you savages. We were never mates and will never be |
damosky12:Comparison or I replied one dude and posted the original Palace before the white men built what the OP posted. You people are not even ashamed of claiming what was built during colonialism as yours? |
Favour623:All the things they call cities in SW cannot be called town in SE and what we call villages in SE is what they glorify as mega cities in SW. You have to understand the difference between our standards and theirs. Sometimes I blame our people for looking down on ourselves. Look at this Akure below, if it was in SE would anybody call it a town talkless of City? It is a capital oh, now imagine how all those things he listed would look like
