LukasPodolski: They are ancient buildings built when your useless forefathers were living on trees..
That's Ibadan old town, the same way you find old and ancient buildings in Western cities like Rome, Athens, Milan, Warsaw, Berlin e.t.c where tourists pays to visit.
Those ancient buildings are symbols of earlier civilization...
Apparently, no city in the east can stand Ibadan, the third Largest city in Nigeria... Not Eastern city even comes close. Yaribanza didn't put Ibadan in the same line when talking about eastern cities because Ibadan is not a city. If you want to compare Ibadan with something, compare it to pig pen |

Happy viewing...
London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and the almighty Aba in that order.. Is God not wonderful?
Lastly Mr Bkayyy, when. Are you showing the pictures of Universities, Airport, malls, trains pubs e.t.c in Aba... I would love to see. It is funny when you circle randomly thinking you are pointing out bad side but your full city is a circle. I would have said let me circle a good part but no I will need a microscope for it.

This one keep circling like a lunatic. Someone showed a picture from your side where more than 20 thousands houses are in decayed ,unlivable and brown roof condition.
Your rebuttal is to circle about ten or so buildings in an otherwise serene world class city view. The fortune spent on the uncompleted multistorey building can change the entire brown roof outlook of the slum city of Ibadan. Lol lol leave that one, he knows that his whole pig pen of a city is a circle so no need bothering ourselves to circle |

As you can see, the Downtown Aba is in the same league with Honk Hong, Tokyo, New York. You are just circling randomly to justify your envy. Now compare some part of Abeokuta with this sick looking best part of Aba.
First picture is Downtown Aba.
Second picture is one of the numerous Downtown Abeokuta.
Now judge. So another word you people use for dilapidated structures is ancient. Wow we learn everyday. And Mr man I never compared a city like Aba to animal farm of Ibadan. Aba is compared to fellow cities like Abuja, New York and London not a shank in the dirty Republic of Oyo. Lastly when you show a city skyline put it in one picture. The picture must cover atleast 3km of the city like the one below.

GidiCars: Mouth mouth mouth, that's all you lots know how to make. How many northerners are in Igbo land compared to you lots in their lands? How YORUBAs are in Igbo land compared to you lots? The north slaughtered millions of Igbos in their region, the West later joined and slaughtered Igbos in their region. When OPC and Agbekoya were fully active, even the northerners felt the brunt. I know this cause I've heard first hand tales from northerners themselves how they ran for their lives.

oyatz: Not everybody on Nairaland is a semi-educated trader.
There are acceptable methods of comparing developments of States/Countries. Showing pictures of GRA/carefully selected streets in a city is not one of them.
Compare and contrast the Human Development Indices (HDI) as conducted by the UNDP and the GDP of these States. This is how the World Bank or United Nations compare developments. If I want to show you GRA you will know. What I showed you is mere market and a stadium. Even our markets are more developed than your entire capitals put into one |

Bore holes only became popular in Nigeria due to breakdown of municipal pipe borne water system in the early 1990s.
So mere driving cars into your homes simply means adequate urban planning system?
There is no points arguing further with you. This is exactly one of parts where we are superior to you people.. Aba is an emblematic of a failed society. Development means growth, now I want you to judge if Aba is worthy to be called a developed city.... Hahaha

GidiCars: It has happened more than once in the SW, Igbos have been expelled more than once and you can't do shit about it. You'll abandon your properties and leave the region. This is africa, not US or UK. That's why Ghanaians or South Africans or Rwanda can expel a certain group of people and nothing will happen.
Remember why YORUBAs joined the war, it's cause your kinsmen tried to cross into our region and we fought back. The day e go red, e go be like film for Una eyes.
That's an advice from one of your kinsmen. You can lie for Africa. I've addressed this lie that you people are spreading now, trying hard to re-write history. Was any gunshot fired at ore? Was there any casualty in Ore? Liars. The only thing you people did during the war was to point Ndigbo out for Aboki military to Lynch. Them no born una well to attack Igbo man head on. Even during the Endsars protest ask your bothers what they went through at Idumota and Alana when they went to loot as usual. Even after the stupidity your brother Adeyinka bastard grandson tried to talk rubbish with Ndigbo and your brothers were the ones that ran back to SW for their dear life. Mr man Igbo you see in Lagos is entirely different from the ones in SE. Down here any stupidity done in any part of the country in Ndigbo is retaliated with extreme prejudice ask your Aboki neighbors what happened in 2001,2003 and 2006 |

I swear I've encountered this slimy creature here in Nigeria. At first I thought it was an oversized earthworm then I stepped on it. Instead of it to burst the creature started dancing zanku. I stepped on it again and nothing happened. I noticed it was thick. Then I decided to take it as specimen but the locals have better alternative. They said such weird creature should not be allowed to live so they took time to do what Nigerians do best. I know one day another person will discover it |
