Four Chinese nationals caught on camera, flogging Kenyan workers at a Chinese restaurant in Nairobi, have finally been deported back to their country.

They are Deng Hailan, Chang Yueping, Ou Qiang and Yu Ling. On Wednesday, a Nairobi court issued orders for their repatriation.

They were arrested on February 9th, 2020, hours after a video showing Hailan whipping a Kenyan waiter went viral on social media.

Hailan, who worked as a chef at the restaurant, was also found without a valid work permit. Yueping and Qiang, both chefs, were holding expired visas while Yu Ling, a cashier, did not have a work permit and was holding a visitor’s visa.

And the moment you cease to see how good HE has been to you, you open a door to [img]tormenting spirits. And all they make you see is how “terrible” your situation is. And as you feed on this, you begin to get “weighed” down. DEPRESSED. “THE- PRESS” begins to act on you- then you begin to make DECISIONS based on these feelings. And the end of these decisions play out the lies you were told by the devil. And later you tend to feel a sense of justification about the way your felt at first.
PLEASE GIVE THANKS! Spend more time in the word. Focus on His goodness. Literally COUNT THEM. As as you do, the Holy Spirit would shed more light on them, bringing to your remembrance God’s faithful acts in your life . Then even the things you are expecting and waiting on would begin to fall in place one after the other !
Nothing wrong with looking at other people’s successes. But do so and be truly grateful for them, without necessarily doing so against the backdrop of your own situation.

I Overheard one Guy talking to his friend that last Night he went to a club (7th February 2020 - Yesterday) , He ordered Shisha and ask them to Put it small highness ... you know what i mean !!!

So in the Process of smoking it .... everything na history !!!!

He woke up around 3AM in the morning and noticed he is in a hotel room .... he asked his friends what is going on .... they started saying thank God ooooo and showed him a video of what happened ... he was shocked !!!

They told him that they are planning to call his people to come and take him !!! ....

So i want to clear your Guys !!! on 10 things you will not do or enjoy if you eventually run mad !!!

(sorry i will use pidgin English in some of my points)

1. You can never hustle for money again !!! --- as you run mad ... you live dreams don pause ooo , you will remain like that for life if care is not taken .... and if you run mad while smoking hard drugs ... dear forget it .... Church through the help of God can cure spiritual madness .... But the one from smoking hard drugs !!! ..... i don't know !!!

2. If you are university undergraduate .... and you run mad ... dear forget it .... you know what i mean

3. If you are a company worker and you run mad ... even just for 3 days .... the company will sack you or put you at the least position .... stigmatization will start ("Na That Guy weah run mad nah , abeg make he no enter company use machine cut person head oooo"

4. You don hear say mad man go vacation !!! , eat pepper soup or visit beautiful places ..... no matter the population of people that visits Shoprite everday !!! bro you will never see a mad man shopping !!!

5. No matter how religious a mad man was ..... ushers at a church will always ask .... "Who is he with" before they allow you enter the church ... your self respect will run down to zero.

6. The Dream of marriage and getting a lovely family will not be possible again !!! , even if your family insist in getting a wife for you !!! , na another man go dey chop am and give am belle .

7. The worst part of it is that wen you are mad .... you mind will be telling you that you are doing the right things ..... you will understand what others are saying (But in a mysterious way) ...... you can give meaning to a word in 50 ways ... (Some people reading this will understand what i mean ... under the spirit of highness .. smoking weed , SK and harizona)

8. If you went mad , and God pity you ..... and you recover ..... no matter your tribe in Nigeria .... forget Chieftaincy title ..... no matter how rich you later be ,,, you can never contest for any political post.

9. You will bring a very bad name to your linage .... no girl will marry from that family without the suitors been told ...... "Although the family is very good and i recommend that you marry their daughter .............. but you will see me as a bad man if you later find out that i don't tell you that madness exist in their linage ...... one of their relatives went mad 2 years ago .... although he is good now and doing well'

10. Is better for you to drink your self to stupor ..... and get back to your senses within few hours ....... even the gods choose drunkard for passage of top messages to the communities ..... no record of people listening to a mad man ... has been recorded ..... but people can listen to a village drunkard ...

Apple has been fined 25 million euros (£21m, $27m) for deliberately slowing down older iPhone models without making it clear to consumers.

The fine was imposed by France's competition and fraud watchdog DGCCRF, which said consumers were not warned.

In 2017, Apple confirmed that it did slow down some iPhones, but said it only did so to "prolong the life" of the devices.

Apple said in a statement that it had resolved the issue with the watchdog.

Why does Apple slow down old iPhones?
Many customers had long suspected that Apple slowed down older iPhones to encourage people to upgrade when a new one was released.

In 2017, the company confirmed it did slow down some models as they aged, but not to encourage people to upgrade.

It said the lithium-ion batteries in the devices became less capable of supplying peak current demands, as they aged over time.

That could result in an iPhone unexpectedly shutting down to protect its electronic components.

So, it released a software update for the iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone SE which "smoothed out" battery performance.

The practice was confirmed after a customer shared performance tests on Reddit, suggesting their iPhone 6S had slowed down considerably as it had aged, but had suddenly speeded up again after the battery had been replaced.

What did the regulator say?
The French watchdog said iPhone owners "were not informed that installing iOS updates (10.2.1 and 11.2) could slow down their devices".

As part of the agreement, Apple must display a notice on its French-language website for a month.

It says Apple "committed the crime of deceptive commercial practice by omission" and had agreed to pay the fine.

Does Apple still slow down older iPhones?
Yes. Since Apple confirmed the practice in 2017, it has implemented it on several more iPhones including:

iPhone SE
iPhone 7 and 7 Plus
iPhone 8 and 8 Plus running iOS 12.1 or higher
iPhone X running iOS 12.1 or higher

The setting is only enabled when the battery begins to degrade, and iOS now offers clearer information to consumers about when performance management has been switched on.

"The effects of performance management on these newer models may be less noticeable due to their more advanced hardware and software design," Apple said.

A Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court, in Jabi, on Thursday declined the Ex-Parte Application filed by the National Vice Chairman, North East of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, a factional Chairman of the APC in Edo state, Anselm Ojezua and others, seeking to remove the National Chairman of the party, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from office.

Lukman, had told Oshiomhole to convene a National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party or resign without further ado.

Lukman’s call came on the heels of the multiple internal crisis rocking the party in states across the country.

However, the court on Thursday frustrated the move to oust Oshiomhole, as it refused to grant the Ex-Parte motion filed by Salihu, Ojezua and others

Counsel to Oshiomhole and APC, Damian D. Dodo (SAN), noted that they had not been served and drew the Court’s attention to the Memorandum of Appearance and Undertaking to Accept Service of processes on behalf of the 1st & 2nd Defendants.

Responding, the Presiding Judge, Justice Danlami Senchi stopped the move and ordered that the Defendants be put on notice to ensure a fair hearing in the matter.

Justice Senchi ruled that it will hear all parties instead of granting the ex-parte application to remove Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the APC as requested by the Plaintiffs.

The matter was adjourned to 18th February 2020 for hearing of the Claimants’ application.

The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry in Enugu, southeast Nigeria, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, has released a new prophecy on those against him for predicting the sack of Emeka Ihedioha as Imo Governor.

TheNation reports that Father Mbaka came under attacks since the emergence of Hope Uzodinma as the governor of Imo State, released the dangerous prophecy on social media network, Facebook.

In the prophecy, Father Mbka declared judgment on those who accused him of dishing out fake prophecies.

The Adoration Ministry Spiritual Director in a post on the Ministry’s Facebook page maintained that his prophecies were from God and not an evil altar.

Declaring the blessings of God on his followers, the cleric said those who called him a politician will not escape God’s judgment.

“I bless the name of the Most High God because He said it and it came to pass.

“My prophecy is not borrowed or from any evil altar but from God Almighty, the creator of heaven and earth,” he said.

Speaking further, Mbaka added: “Some accused me of being a politician but only God knows who I am. Let God of Adoration speak for me. You who speak evil against me, hmmm… God of Adoration is a consuming fire. I declare judgment upon those who curse me for nothing. My hands are clean.

” I bless those who know the truth and stand for it. Let God of Elijah fight for me. Let the heaven speak and let the children of God receive their all-round blessings, in Jesus's mighty name!
