londoner:Lol - I am not from Ghana but Nigerian from the yoruba tribe |
Amos Adamu is a reflection of the typical Nigerian - corrupt to the core - I am not surprised - I am dissappointed he was ban for years cause another replacement from Nigeria will be worse. It is very difficult to separate corruption and Nigerian |
Beaf:Beaf take it easy before you burst a blood vessel . My post was not anyway attacking your oga called Jonathan - but more directed at the jingles that come out of our dodgy Nigerian politicians promising stuff that they can never achieve. Mr Beaf i work for power generating company that has the 2nd largest clean coal fired plant in Western Europe with a maximum capacity of 4000 MW from 6 steam turbines. It is impossible for Nigeria to go from 4500 MW to 20,0000 MW in 4 years for one we cant afford it and 4 years is not realistic to build such plants - i would be comfortable if he said Electricity for all by 2020 |
Beaf:You have proved my point - with the above shaded - so we both agree that Tony blair did not to come to Nigeria as representative of the British government and definitely did not come for free. If i have the right money - I can get Tony Blair to come to your house ,have a drink and maybe wash your dishes. |
First it was food for all by year 2000 Declare state of emergency on the electricity Electricity by Dec 2010 Vision 202020. The Latest is Electricity by 2014. When are the MUMU Nigerians going to wake up - You people like jingles till you die - Please help add more promised jingles - i cant remember them all |
Abuja — President Goodluck Jonathan has projected that domestic power generation would rise to about 20,000 megawatts in the next four years. Jonathan gave the projection at a meeting with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and the Chief Executive Officer of JP Morgan Bank of the US, Mr. Jamie Dimon, at the State House, Abuja. The president said if his administration’s plans for the power sector were fully implemented, Nigeria should be generating enough power by April 2011. He said by the end of 2014, there would be adequate electricity for the needs of large manufacturing industries some of which currently generate their own power. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/11/power-generation-jonathan-projects-20000mw-by-2014/ |
Kilode?!:Dont get excited - This is another report from another paper ABUJA — Former British Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, Wednesday, declared that world leaders and the international community were fully behind the re-emergence of President Goodluck Jonathan as Nigeria’s next President come 2011. He noted that the decision by JP Morgan, one of the world’s largest banks, to upgrade its representative office in Nigeria to a full-scale branch was a vote of confidence in Nigeria and the Jonathan administration. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/11/2011-world-leaders-are-behind-jonathan%E2%80%94-blair/ |
SalisuOri:Abeg let the guy continue to delude himself. Tony blair visit to Nigeria does not in anyway have any link to the present u.k government or appointed as an envoy. Tony Blair came on his accord because he was paid. Tony blair fee ranges from about £250,000 to £1,000,000 to attend any function. So Nigeria has wasted another £250,000 at the expense of the masses to a Mercenary like Tony Blair all in the effort to manipulate the Nigerian masses who might be think that the International community supports GEJ . |
jay bee:I dont deny that Tony Blair is not a heavyweight - I am only confirming that tony blair got paid around £250,000 to visit Nigeria- and if it is visit from a government envoy view then he would not be paid - I believe it is all part of the plan of Jonathans camp to get an edge over others aspirants and manipulate the Nigerian public like he is some kind of Messiah to fix Nigeria |
jay bee:Tony blair is not an envoy of the british government definitely not when the Conservatives are trying to distance themselves for the economic mess labour has caused hence he was visiting the Nigeria in the capacity of personal dealings |
Beaf:See this mumu - GEJ was not endorsed by the U.K but by Mercenary called Tony Blair and his fee alone was about £250,000 at the detriment of the masses . This so called visit was part of the Jonathan camp to manipulate masses and sell some fake endorsement. I only wish that Nigerians will shine their eyes. I cry for my Country |
Tony Blair has come under attack from the Chinese media after he was allegedly paid $500,000 (£237,000) for a three-hour trip to a luxury Chinese housing estate. Chinese state press questioned whether the former Prime Minister was worth the bumper pay cheque for his whirlwind visit, and claimed that he produced little more than clichés. Mr Blair's spokesman in the UK has however hit back that it was "none of your business" how much the former Premier got paid. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/the_blair_years/article2830992.ece |
Beaf and Co What many of you dont realise is the fact that Tony Blair is now a Paid Piper after stepping down from office as a prime minster and his fee roughly £250,000 to a £1Million per engagement. I am fully aware that the man has not travelled to Nigeria for nothing. Tony has big expenses his mortgage alone for a house in Islingtion is £15,000,000 + Another £4,000,000 in buckinghamshire I will be careful in listening to utter nonsense blair is saying, believe me if you pay me £50,000 i will say anything you want hear. |
where is does shitter holed - i wanted to shitting |

marvix:You are so correct - wont even waste my time writing nonsense exam |

I know these people - The man and wife owns the local Nja food joint in East London( Hackney) called " Aso Rock" |
shakes head |
Blood must be spilt for the rot to stop - If you expect anything otherwise you are big fool. |
what the f. Is this a football match or career event. I bet most people here are looking at joining the ndlea as a means to get rich quick and are not interested in any drug enforcement - Just imagine the level of bribe one will receive as an officer. When i was younger you hear many stories how custom officers were making serious money from ports around country. in fact a junior officer had built many houses around lagos in a relative short career as a custom officer. Very sad. |
Another red herring event in a country where votes count dont count and back door mago mago is the order of the day. I refused to be deceived |
thesis thesis thesis - the common man needs electricity yet i am only seeing unfulfiled plans - until blood is spilled abnormality will remain the order of the day. |
In the same country you have so called men of God riding in police convoy, flying jets, opening university at the expense of the masses - i agree that the government has failed us but the church should not be a failure too. |
