Using drugs to control weight loss is something that no human can sustain . The question is where does one draw the line and a complete waste of limited resources such as money.

I simply subscribe to a long term approach which is proven to do many benefits in the quest of losing weight

My Approach goes as follows

1. Examine your daily consumption  - The reason you pile on weight is down to fact that you are consuming more more than you need. 

2. An average requires roughly about 3500 cal daily and anything over this is stored as fat,

3. To lose weight simply reduce your calorie intake to about 3000 and you will lose weight   


4. Execrise, Execrise , Execrise i cannot emphaise the importance of this -

I so much agree  it is fire for Fire - that is why i subscribe to only a bloody revolution can save Nigeria any other peaceful revolution is waste of time.

The award was zoned to Nigeria - a celebration of mediocracy and some idi ot will come and tell me GDP is raising.

Jonathan is equally as corrupt as any other pdp crook. Anybody hoping for transformation under Jonathan is either brain dead or hopeless. It is obviously that Atiku looks to be stronger candidate within PDP than GEJ and his camp are looking at other technicalities to remove atiku byany means like they did not know his wavier was suspect. I am not an ATIKU fan and i hope the two consume themselves so a new Era of hope can begin in Nigeria. The demise of PDP is the begining of good things in Nigeria.

I love this guy - It is not common to speak out against the government when you are part of it. It is just not feasible to spend 25% of you annual bugdet on salary and other useless expenses when the whole country is struggling.

U might not lose much for now but remember the economic might is in the SW  we control the banks  and the Recent world wide recession shows how powerful banks are being on top of the food chain - and these days that speak volumes . China , Brazil, India are good examples where economic capabilities are big bargaining chips

alot to gain for example Good governance as witnessed by the people of Lagos state  - what is point of staying in a union where retrogression is the order of the day. Regional politics is here to stay and i predict it will spread to other parts soon. The Demise of PDP is the beginning of hope for Nigeria.  For example we can clearly see that SS states close to SW share the same voting pattern and ideology
