FamilyRe: How Can I Say No To This Babe Without Offending Her by blacksta(m): 5:50pm On May 18, 2009
Ok guys this is my story, back in the days (about 3 years back) i used to chat a lot in yahoo messenger. I used to meet a lot of Nija babes in the Christian chatroom. I would build a relationship take thier cell numbers then be calling them. Then whenever i visited Nigeria i'd go about my business and have my fun with as many of them as i could b4 coming back to England

Now after a while i decided to stop chatting coz all these babes would keep flashing me to call them and most of dem get baggage. They need money. And me get my own problems here.

Now one babe in particular called Ify. I'd known her 4 about 2 years now, but we have never met in the flesh. When we first met online she told me how her mother was recently poisoned over land dispute and that it was her dad looking after all 7 of them now. It was last year July that i met her online by chance and foundout that her Popsie had passed thru poisoning

So i called her she told me that she was going to lagos to try hustle money to continue her education back in UNEC. But while in lagos she was disturbing me for doh so i sent her a N1500 MTN recharge card, that wasn't enough so i sent her more. I even linked to my friend who employed her to work for his sales company there, but that didn't workout
are u people blind

This guys is a serial womaniser.

SportsRe: Why Do Soccer Fans Ignore Nigerian Football by blacksta(m): 1:57pm On May 18, 2009
nigerians are half baked nit wits who are going to follow oyinbo to the grave. If we have a third of the interest that  follows the european league  i bet u the Naija league will rapidly improve.   Useless people - following a league that does know you all exist. while they are enjoying and improving their leagues the so called Nigerian supporters remains broke and busted.  Can somebody please tell me what income is generated from Nigeria to the european league, absolute nather  with all the fake merchandise.

Can you imagine a stupid African committed suicide when arsenal lost UCL. how stupid can one get. And at the same time an Arsenal player went clubbing that same night to early morning.

Big joke.
SportsRe: England Bids To Host 2018 World Cup! by blacksta(m): 1:25pm On May 18, 2009
Dont you think it is misplaced priority. We have almost a third population under the poverty line. For your information the U.k regretted bidding for the olypmics due to the fact nobody could have predicted the financial meltdown.

@Poster. If I will agree with you on that. I think It wont work either because Where you have 1% Good peoples with 99 % Bad peoples around them. I don't think it will work.
No i believe that ratio is more like 75% good and 25% bad. Which is more than enough to tip the balance. If somehow people can be motivated it can happen.
PoliticsRe: Constitutional Amendiment: When Can We Get It Right? by blacksta(m): 12:35pm On May 18, 2009
jimmysho:
Nigeria nation was at the verge of getting a people friendly constitution  during the last legislative tenure and the proposed constitutional review panel headed by Sen. Ibrahim Mantu but the feat could not be achieved due to the inordinate ambition of some few. Due to that aspiration that was born out of selfish motive, we had to throw away the baby with the bath water. Ha ba! what a pity.

Here we are now, the present crop of the natioan assembly leadership has launched yet another attempt which was technically and tactically Pronounced Death on Arrival due to some 'irreconcilable differences by both chambers.

Few days ago, the senate chair, Sen. David Mark said wholesome amendments may not be visible or better still cumbersome. in lieu of this, he opted for the piece-meal alteration of the nation's bible. What a brilliant idea, it is quite easy but such move will also be tested very soon when we get to the state whereby the input of the lower chamber will be required and the senate will be stuck.

Fellow country men, where do we go from here? Hope this will not be one pf those futile adventures? Can something reasonable be produced out of the present national assembly in respect of our "sacred bible"?

biina:
MEND does not have the resources to take on the federal government in a full scale war. To worsen matter, the west would not intervene on their behalf, as they have made enemies of them
They should exercise caution, as it is a fine line between a militant pressure group and rebel forces.
I agree - the taliban also could not match the firepower of America  but have been so far effective . Have you heard guerrilla warfare.  21st century paramilitary does not wear uniform or have tanks and is a faceless fighter.

WE CAN'T MAINTAIN ROADS.
WE CAN'T MAINTAIN TELEPHONE EXCHANGE.
WE CAN'T SUPPLY WATER.
WE CAN'T EVEN MANAGE A REFINERY OR HYDROELECTRIRC PLANTS.
AND HERE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT NUCLEAR.

ONCE THAT HAS STARTED, I ADVISE ALL NIGERIANS TO LEAVE NIGERIA, CUZ THAT WILL BE THE END OF OUR EXISTENCE.

PLS, GO AHEAD AND DO IT AND RID THE WORLD OF NIGERIA.

I'M FAR AWAY.

PoliticsRe: Power Sector: Yar’adua Deceiving Nigerians – Aliyu, Ex-reps Leader by blacksta(m): 9:31am On May 18, 2009
The 16$ bill scam was for just a plan to discredit obj. The Nigerian problem is YAr adua. This same kleptomanic suspended all obj power project and two years down the line . The same yar dull is revisting the same abandoned project. Nigeria would have easly solved the power issue if we had contitinuity.

Rigging ? Is that nto part of what we are fighting against ? Should we go the wrong way to put the right person on seat?
There is absolutely no fight - It is a one sided event - A lot of Nigeria are in the talking business - go and watch - FOCUS nigeira on AIT ( everbody is the talking business)

Am changing that saying to ''If you can't Join Them, Beat Them''.
A Raji Fashola will do wonders if given enabling environment to function.
I wish it were that simple but unfortunately we have dont have an enabling environment > Nigeria seriously lack the follow ing atmosphere

1.  Police  -  House of corruption
2. Inec -    Very biased  -  The piper dictates the tune
3, People -  docile , weak, - Masters in Suffering and smiling.

And why Pat Utomi?
I don't think we need someone without political experience
a good company director doesn't necessarily make a good leader
The fact of matter those that  have been In office have had the political experience but have failed woefully to make any significant changes.   I strongly believe  that  the nigeiran  problem can solved by somebody with passion for the country.

remember Obama was tagged " A Novice"

Any Good candidates up for Rigging - I nominate Pat Utomi

The Idea behind this  -  Good Candidate will not be aware that rigging is going on in the background.  Maybe this is just the catalyst nigeria needs and in turn The Good Candidate fixes all the woe of Nigeria

Job done - Majority are happy.

Is it also very sad to sign a contract that restricts growth and development of any infrastructure.

"Among other things, the exclusivity clause in the BOT Agreement forbids the Federal Government from improving or expanding the old terminal at the Murtala Muhammed "

If Nigeria is going to copy western privatisation then it should be copied to the fullest which will result in the following benefits

1)Development would be faster(due to competition with the other private parties)
2)Innovative solutions (due to again competition with the other private parties)
3)effective & time bound results
4)cost cuttings
5)improves quality in work
6)in turn more services to public are possible
7)increase the productivity
coolsignificant Growth in the business
9)controlled monitoring of public property gives public in turn good services

But as we all know when contracts are signed selfish interests are placed as high priority

PoliticsRigging A Good President Into Office. by blacksta(op): 10:59pm On May 17, 2009
I have doing some thinking as we also know election in Nigeria is never conducted in a free and fair manner.  95% of results are either manipulated or prescribed.  Since we Nigerians are so docile or is it that the Government has zapped the will out of the people.  You know the saying "if you cant beat them you join them" or one learns to beat them at their game.  We all know that PDP is skilled in the art of election rigging.  My solution is catch them unaware at their game by Rigging a good  President into office.

Can it work

What do fellow NLs think.  Since we have refused fight for our rights

Before anybody bites my head off .  I think it is only a Naija thing where people drive with bare feet.  Bare feet driving is so dangerous as there is little or no friction.  In my years of driving i have never met anyone outside of Nigeria who drives with bare feet.
