apart from 'alex cross series', ma'am could you please recommend other novels for me as a beginner. Thanks

John Grisham's novels are fantastic too. You can start with A Time to Kill. It's all about captivating your interest and making sure you want to continue to the next chapter.
Have a great day sir

I suck at reading novel. The everyday "wahala" doesn't give me time to read. Any way out for me?

Start with a James Patterson novel, preferably Alex Cross series. The chapters are short and makes you want to read the next chapter

From the list, I can tell the Op is an amateur.
All I see here are contemporary writers.
No Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
No Leo Tolstoy.
No Pushkin.
No Oscar Wilde.
Classical literature still remains the gold standard becuase it was written at a time when there was no digital noise.

He said 21st Century oga

sad That journalist should be arrested and jailed by the DSS. A sitting governor with immunity can never be wrong until his immunity expires. He is the governor of Kano state and has the lawful right to Kano treasury. He can only be probed after his tenure. How are we sure the supposed dollars are bribes? It could be a currency exchange at the bureau de change who knows. Atiku with no immunity was sharing $5000 in rivers state yet no one questioned his dirty wealth, all they do is shout Atikulate on social media. The igbos are at the fore front of this media blackmail against the governor because of their fear of massive Kano votes awaiting president Buhari. Governor Ganduje should sue that guy to teach other journalists lessons. I don't support corruption but we shouldn't persecute innocent people because they are seen with foreign currency sad

Aah. Cold catch me for you sha!!! Your case strong die!!

Shot fired!! What a bitter truth! After bashing her, you all will still log out and face reality of what she said grin

Look at them, a lot of them up there wishing and saying she isn't happy with her family, all because she said the truth, all because the truth is bitter. grin

Even without being told, an evening newspaper lady should know that she has no right to celebrate birthday because she has been biologically expired, psychological traumatized, sexually useless, maritally screwed and aboki-cally suyalized.

A single lady still celebrating birthdays, going to wedding parties and still doing boyfriend/boo at 30+, is a disgrace and a big shame.

Sensible evening newspapers will do nothing to end their predicament but............
