Be very worried......You might be next Your brothers will be the most likely target. |

theV0ice: mumu.
They've been kidnapping oil workers since jonathan became president. they'll continue kidnapping until the army decides to stop them like it happened in kwale/beneku/okpai. It will not stop oil production.
These ones are just hungry people who wish to make money....they care not whether Osama is your president in case you don't know
Let them start to shut in production so we know they are serious. Don't worry As the number of kidnapped people increase , it will dawn on you |

theV0ice: story story....Go and ask how many indigenes of Omoku they kidnapped and killed last year. The criminals no dey discriminate. infact they kidnapped and killed more of their brothers last year than any strangers. You sef are not safe incase you don't know. You are happy they kidnapped whites, wait until they reach your doorstep and see if they'll ask you for your CDC membership card. That's when you'll know that ''if the heaven will fall, it wont be the problem of one family''
we know how they operate my friend. Only those wey no sharp na im dem dey kidnap and as a 'son of the soil' born, bred and buttered here in the Niger Delta, we know ourselves
Tell your friends to step up their game. This one dey did will catch no serious person's attention Don't worry very soon your SW brothers working in those fields will flee When is Buhari probing Tinubu and OBJ |

theV0ice: dont be bothered about this kidnap my friend. For those staying in PH, Omoku and environs, it never stopped. Infact it got so bad that a lot of people fled Omoku in Onelga and relocated to other places including SW. Infact even medical doctors went on strike in 2013 and 2014 to protest the high rate of kidnapping. Dont mind those celebrating the kidnap here.
Let the brigands start shutting in production so we can know they are serious. For now, these are hungry boys hustling as 'usual' Olodo If oil workers are kidnapped daily, who will operate the oil machines When is Buhari probing Tinubu and OBJ |
Politics › Re: Five Exxon Mobil Staff Kidnapped In Akwa Ibom by BlackTechnology: 10:44pm On Apr 05, 2015 |
theV0ice: Is this the militancy you've been threatening since when has kidnapping for ransom ever stopped all through the 5 years of jonthan presidency? Never my friends....never. Go and ask folks in port harcourt and Omoku in onelga.
Nothing special here my people. Militants never stopped kidnapping even with gej in power. For instance, for those that know Kwale/Okpai in Ndokwa east lga of Delta state very well, the brigands didn't stop their activities until they killed a soldier in their daring attempt to take a heavy duty gun from the soldiers guarding Agip. By the time the mad soldiers went on a killing spree in Kwale, nobody told them to repent.
I passed through there last week in the dead of the night and even mosquitoes were scared of touching me and my crew.
These ones no be the militants we dey talk about. Let them begin shutting in production so we will know they are indeed serious. I hope you won't weep when your SW brothers working in SS oil fields become prime targets very soon. |
Politics › Re: SW,SS And SE Suffer From Shortsightedness- Sam Morris by BlackTechnology: 10:41pm On Apr 05, 2015 |
argon500: "I am a Yoruba man. Let us start from there. the whole South is indeed shortsighted. When I talk about the South, that includes SW,SS, SE. It is very important, that we realize that the North Hausa/Fulani are very smart and broad picturistic minded people, who have exerted their harmonious political dominance on the South for more than forty years. The South in question has shown how gullible she is in accepting the ideology of "One Nigeria" despite the glaring ethnicity that has pervaded the country. The fact that each ethnic group in Nigeria has her own political community cannot be emphasized.
The various ethnic groups have also glaring cultural differences so profound that you won't help but wonder why there isn't any push by these ethnic groups to secede from the geo-political frame work called Nigeria. This is because if we want to be honest with ourselves we can see that the Northern Nigeria while in power has an overreaching tendency to marginalize Southerners especially Christians whom they view as "infidels". Isn't it appropriate then that we come to terms with reality by saying the cultural differences of the various ethnic groups and their political ideologies that differ does make an argument for the seceding of these ethnic groups as they mark their territories or boundaries as allowed by the majority all within the confines of the right to self determination as procured by democracy. Thus, it is necessary that we understand that some ethnic groups are being over exploited by others all in the guise of Federalism.
The South is particularly exploited by the North that seems to have huge interest in the Crude Oil resource located in the South. One may then wonder what glue holds Nigeria together , I mean what glue that holds the North and South together, the appropriate response is Crude Oil. Thus, the North's reliance on Crude Oil money has continually made them shout one Nigeria. Don't be surprised that the day the North discovers oil in Kano or Kaduna, she will be the one clamoring for secession. In the face of all these deceits, it is a shame and disgrace that the South lost the presidential powers in 2015, because of her inability to unite and strategize. Hence, they should not complain to the world when the Slave - Master relationship of the South and North continues in retrospect.

"CHANGE", a very powerful word indeed. Who doesn't desire positive "CHANGE". However, if this "CHANGE" masks an agenda of marginalization and exploitation or this "CHANGE" in question is driven by the quest to retain power by a particular ethnic group or this "CHANGE" has been backed up by covertly carried out negative events that scuffle democracy, then it is no longer deserving to be called "CHANGE", hence better called " EVIL MANIPULATION".
The fact is that the Union of the Northern and Southern protectorates of Nigeria rests upon public opinion, and can never be cemented by the blood of its citizens shed in the Nigerian civil war of 1967 - 1970. If it can not live in the affections of the people, it must one day perish. The federal Government of Nigeria possesses many means of preserving it by conciliation, but the sword was not placed in their hand to preserve it by force. We the "South" must secede from the political community called "Nigeria".
Culled from Vanguard Sir It is SW APC members that sold themselves into slavery They failed to realize that the North could exploit our disunity to rule forever. |

mapet: You guys are just ventilating unnecessarily. I think we should develop the habit of critiquing articles regardless of the source and not just regurgitate them as facts
1. I know not of anywhere in law that specify that we must have 36+ ministers and they must come from each state. 2. APC had always complained of the ridiculousness of recurrent expenditure, so logic dictates that they cut it big time 3. On the issue of snuffing out Boko Haram, what we clamour for is a concerted effort to equip our military adequately, coordinate intelligence with other neighouring countries to choke BH sources of weapons and financial supply.......and free our Chibok girls. These are tangible measures to rate performance in that regard. QuotaSystem: We don't know Ali. We didn't see Ali, it was General Abdulsalam we saw negotiating a plea deal with Jonathan for concession in exchange for non prosecution on the day, at the hour the results were being announced. All these tales of Ali not using harsh words on Buhari will not get soft landing for anyone.
Jonathan agreed to call and congratulate Buhari once it was clear Sokoto and Borno votes were going to kick him out, and Abdulsalam ensured his protection from prosecution and Jail if he did so.
Why do you think the call was recorded? Why do you think Diezani chose to visit him yesterday morning? Why do you think the Presidency is desperate to convince Nigerians that a highly secure Presidential phone line was hacked and recorded? Why do you think the Presidency is milking every drop of goodwill from his part of the deal?
