How could cocoa money have been shared among the various regions in Nigeria when other regions were producing their rubber and palm oil which made Nigeria the highest exporter of those products at that time? Shame on you and your lying grand father. No one benefitted from your cocoa money. God bless you That guy na amala graduate |

Ifeconwaba: Why a say this is because. This people have not tested the presidency of this nation since 1960 that nigeria got it independent. But the only chance the got to rule the only ruled for 5 years. And we know the circumstances that brought their son into office and after only one tenure the southwest and the north cornived and voted their son out of office. Claiming that he was incompetent to lead this nation. And now my question is so is it only the southwest and the north that has competent people to rule this country. And also it is this niger deltans people that owns the resources that powers this country (i conclude to say when will the niger deltans learn You have a point but change the title. SS are now wise that's why they have joined forces with the SE to fight for their right. |

kastonkastrol: call Nigeria whatever you want to call her, your damn problem. But hear this, an inch of Nigeria territory can never be negotiated, be it now or the next one hundred years to come. Scotland case is still in UN and there it will remain for hundred of years to come because Scotland itself was built by UK. You can't just take your case to the UN and say you want self determination just because your brother lost an election. The world doesn't work that way. If you think the fg are using the resources in the Niger/delta to make the nation work, then what will the yoruba and northerners say when their own resources was used to sustain Nigeria before oil was discovered? The Niger/delta also benefited from the cocoa/groundnut money in the 50s.. Oil was discovered in the niger/delta with the cocoa money.. Don't be silly man, nobody is a fool and you can't blackmail nigerians with your crocodile tears. With what is going on in south Sudan, if you think the UN will support the creation of another unstable country in Africa, then you are a bigger fool than I thought.
If you are tired of Nigeria, take your bags and relocate to cameroun or any neighboring country together with your co-travelers.
An inch of Nigeria land can never be negotiated. Shut up Historical illiterate The ND region has never being poor right from precolonial Nigeria Nana Jaja Are those names familiar |

handsometokunbo: Shut up fool
We didn't vote for him to turn Nigeria to paradise over night
If your clueless Jonathan was unable to use $150 per barrel to improve our social infrastructures and other capital projects as a result of corruption, then we Nigerians won't expect Buhari with $45-50 per barrel to turn Nigeria to paradise.
All we need him to do is to put the right people in the right places.
All we need him to do is saying the right thing at the right places
All we need him to do is to restore our national integrity among other nations around d world which is gradually becoming a reality now
All we need him to do is exactly what is doing by picking up a newspaper himself and read so as to know what is happening on our streets. No special advisers' lies.
We voted him cos he looks and talks presidential
We voted him cos Badluck Jonathan and his likes from a part of this country need to know that Nigeria is not all about them.
We voted Jonathan out cos we hate to see our first lady embarrassing us with her unguarded utterances.
We voted for him so as to send your freaking Badluck Jonathan packing and his corrupt cronies from East of Nigeria who have all destroyed Nigeria economy and national unity.
We voted him out cos we other Nigerians have had enough religious and tribal division.
We voted Buhari to give us that sense of sanity which we had lost during Badluck Jonathan administration. Why is your baba One Chance complaining. Baba One Chance = Magician |

shachris03: i'm just sick and tired of it...all of it. it makes me sick to the stomach.
What, you might ask? This 'get rich at all cost' altitude of my brothers.
I have been in warri, delta state for my service year. I stayed a whole full year there.
But finally i came back to aba, my hometown.
The first thing i bought in a store, a superglue i bought for N50 was just water. more than 3 quarter of the content was air, and the remaining content was just a slimy liquid that could'nt even glue my fingers together.
I thought that was a mistake, the next morning i went to buy detergent for washing. I bought the Ariel sachet, went home and opened it and you wouldn't believe what i saw. the detergent couldn't even lather.
Throughout my stay in warri, never, not even once did i buy any product that i was not happy with, and just two days in aba, i have bought 2 adulterated products already?
If you ever buy anything in aba, there are 59% chances that it would be fake. I have been to some other states and this is not the case. Same with onitsha. They copy so well that you can barely differentiate.
They way wealth is worshiped in my region is very disgusting. All my friends are into Scam. You can barely find an honest innocent guy here.
During my stay in warri, i found guys that go to farm, do menial jobs and apprenticeship. but here, everyone is feeling way to big. Most graduates are just too lazy to do anything aside yahoo and internet scams. And the most disturbing part is that, nobody cares.
Last year, one of my friend, a very little boy of 19, hit money on yahoo and rented a flat for his parents. They didn't even ask how he got the money.
Most of our brothers that are being sent abroad are even expected to steal. if you do not steal, you are not sharp. 'can't you see chinedu that went to abroad last year and he is back this year already building a 4 story house? '
I am writing this because i am very concerned with the way this is going. What would be our prospects in the future? is this the way to build a stronger society?
Let's call a spade a spade and stop this extreme materialistic tendencies of our people.
Shachris. Yoruba boy How your amala

Politics › Re: How Buhari Can Win Niger Delta Over And Break The Militants Power by BlackTechnology: 8:38pm On Apr 29, 2015 |
dutchjongen: The Niger Delta is the region in the country that has suffered enviromental degradation since oil was first found in 1956 in Oloibiri Bayelsa State and unfairness in the distribution of oil blocks which has resulted in a situation where Northerners own 85% of the oil blocks according to investigations by the Nigerian Senate. What Buhari can do is implement the Petroleum Industry Bill as soon as he gets to office where oil producing communities will get a share in each oil well located in their communities. So they have a vested interest to keep oil flowing if they vandalise the oil pipelines there are hurting themselves financially, this will result in oil producing communities protecting their oil flowstations and pipelines in their communities. Also, oil blocks should be seized from Emeka Offor,Chris Uba,Obasanjo,Folurunsho Alakija,Kola Aluko,Jide Omokore and other Northerners by the Federal Goverment and proceeds from this should be used to fund the Social security scheme whereby unemployed youths in the Niger Delta are payed a monthly allowance until they are able to find a job.
