Job Description

· Closely monitor and supervise all repairs and vehicle servicing.

· Receive and process repair/maintenance order from mechanics.

· Verify the quality of items procured for carrying out maintenance.

· Ensure proper filing system of the maintenance history of all MNE fleet.

· Closely monitor repairs to ensure it is properly carried out in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

· Ensure drivers compliance to maintaining the trucks internally and externally.

· Carry out proper checks on the trucks before releasing it to logistics officers.

· Ensure that trucks are properly parked in the yard at all times.

· Monitor to ensure that parts and all other items in the trucks are intact before release to logistics.

· Establish a preventative/planned maintenance program and undertake routine inspection of the premises, fixtures, fittings, utility meters, appliances



Requirements

· Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSC in relevant discipline

· Minimum of two years related experience.

· Leadership and people management skills.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites (Ms word, Excel).

· Candidate must reside in Kaduna or willing to relocate to Kaduna

· Speaking Hausa is an added Advantage
