It'll be a 3months training plus the requirements are just that you go for screening of ur credentials, get ur Appl letter and date for commencement of training. As na replacement, no much stringent screenings. Just be Hyper Connected and Super-Prayerful all other things na jarah.

As an Engineer...your skills won't be utilised in the NSCDC..you will learn nothing on the job...career path is not defined...no provision for training at all... at ECN you will find a career path,its more challenging,you have the rare opportunity of attending trainings and your accumulated experience after some years of work there will be measurable and transferable especially when you want to seek to look for greener pastures elsewhere....
