congratulations to the Pdp winner. If you look very closely, the Pdp governorship candidate, Dr David Is the rightful winner of the March 18th governorship election in Nasarawa state too. The Supreme Court of justice should do the needful on that.

Boosting internally generated revenue (IGR) is crucial for Nigerian state governments to achieve fiscal independence. This can be achieved through effective taxation systems, improving business environments to attract investments, and reducing dependency on federal allocations. A focus on economic diversification and innovative revenue-generation strategies can contribute to financial sustainability, reducing reliance on political rhetoric about regional independence.

How party congress matter became an election petition matter is what Supreme Court of Nigeria needs to deconstruct. The facts make up the non holding of congress was not available before general election to make it a pre election matter?. Nigerian judiciary must wake up or something radical will happen. Issues of party congresses are issues of pre election and cannot be ventilated at an election petition tribunal

PDP has lost all the 16 seats in the Plateau House of Assembly as Appeal Court declared Nimchalk Nansak of APC as the winner of the Langtang constituency.

2: the court held that the structure of the PDP in Plateau collapsed since 2020. So the party can not claim to have a structure to sponsor any candidate to contest an election.

3: The court held that all votes scored by the PDP candidate were WASTED Votes as it happened to Zamfara’s APC in 2019.

4: before you comment, this is the background information. Nov 25, 2020, Justice Boniface Ingyo of the Plateau State High Court nullified the state Congress of PDP conducted on August 29, 2020 in Jos.

5: August 4, 2020, The counsel of PDP was Binchen Jantur Esq gave a verbal undertaken that PDP will not organise a congress. The matter was adjourned to August 18, 2020.

6: as usual, PDP went ahead to conduct the said state Congress.

7: There was another illegal Congress in 2021. What they called “ REPEAT CONGRESS” . I have read the judgement of plateau High Court, the Judge never used that word. So na illegal.

8: The lawyer of another PDP faction was E.G. Pwajok SAN. He asked PDP to comply with court order. He was told to go and play.

9: Meanwhile, APC was watching the events keenly. They decided to engage the services of the Same lawyer Pwajok to torment PDP in court today.

10: This will help Atiku and Sule Lamido etc accusing CJN And judiciary of favoritism.

11: Atiku did not pay attention to the crisis in Plateau then. He should learn from this “mistake”

12: Perfect healing to Plateau’s PDP. Learn from this rascality.
