You don’t need any medicals for the interview. When you get your visa approved, you can start bothering about medicals before leaving for the US

You don't need to do that. You can book the first one and use the reschedule button to check if there's a better date(preferably before your resumption date). If there isn't, just close the tab without rescheduling, if you see, you can then reschedule.
I think you can reschedule up to 4 times per fee so, only reschedule when there's really a better date

Why did you reschedule 3 times when you've not yet seen6a favorable date? You should have kept the one you had until you saw a date before your resumption

It's not about your answers being wrong, it's about how you present them. Based on what you just wrote, the probability of being granted is low because you didn't explain anything at all.

Guys I later discovered my sevis number was not updated on my visa appointment and I choose self paying for my fees on my ds160.

Ask for the tracking number and see where it has gotten to first..

Well, to change from a fresher to a transfer international student, means, you will loss this admission. And reapply as a transfer student. Just continue with this. But prepare very well to defend yourself with VO, why your leaving your study here in Nigeria to US.

I got admitted as a Freshman into a U.S University and was offered a scholarship. I'm currently a student here in Nigeria and would like to know if it's' advisable to ask the U.S University if I can send my current transcript here to them so that I can be considered as a transfer student instead of a freshman or I should just resume as a Freshman.

You don't need to get the physical card. They also have a virtual dollar card which is also good.
