Very simple......do ip and port forwarding. Forward the ip address of the computer running the application and open the port.
2nd option, get a static ip from ur isp. Den configure vpn l2tp, pptp etc on ur router. Den set up vpn client on ur laptop. Den u can access the app anywhere.

You ought to get a mail from them after booking appointment........its in german. If you didnt receive the mail, am sorry but it seems your appointment was not successful. Guru's in the house can throw more light.
