At night we’d like to sleep peacefully and restore energy, but it is difficult to find a person who has never encountered some strange and unpleasant sensations accompanying sleep. And in this article there are such experiences which remains a mystery for science till this day.

1)HYPNAGOGIC HALLUCINATIONS
This is how it feels, when a person is on the verge of sleeping but still awake, he sees weird pictures before his yes. They are often scary faces and fantastic creatures. This happens because it one of a few type of hallucination that mentally healthy people may have. 

2) SLEEP TALKING
Usually the person suffering from somniloquy (a fancy term for sleep talking) has no idea about it. The condition is not dangerous psychologically, but the person with such problem may worry about blurting out secretes. Men and children are prone to this and the reason is stress. 

3)SLEEP WALKING
This state is the opposite of sleep paralysis, the consciousness is asleep, but the muscle paralysis does not occur. In their sleep people walk, clean or leave the house, which is very dangerous because they don’t remember in the morning. Somnambulism occurs in about 4.6-10.3% of the population, the children are affected most, the cause is still unknown and there are no treatment methods.

4)SLEEP PARALYSIS
It feels like, the person wakes up at night and cannot move, and frightening hallucinations and a feeling that there is someone else in the room. In antiquity, this state was associated with mischief of evil spirits. This state happens normally when we fall asleep, we are paralyzed so that we don’t sleepwalk and such. With paralysis, our muscles “turns off” when the brain is awake.
