I delivered a bouncing baby boy yesterday through Emergency CS(weight 4.5kg)...We give glory to God for the journey cos it has ended in praise.Baby ,mummy,daddy and big brother are doing fine.

I'm having serious contractions started since last night and the timing is so close and irregular, sometimes 3minutes other times 2,5,9. I'm still at home sha cos I don't want to go to the hospital yet and be told to go back home.

My king finally graced us with his presence today with no tears.

I was in labor for 18hrs and had to be induced cos the dilation was slow.

He weighed 3.8kg and looking so healthy.

I'm so grateful

I'm not team Sept, team nov but I also feel the pelvic pain, I started feeling it when I was 16 weeks oh esp when I wake to pee, it makes walking difficult.

Yes teamie, the same hormone that cause linea nigra, the dark line that runs through your belly also causes dark patches on faces and diff parts of the body of preg women, I'm naturally a dark person oh but a lot darker now, so its part of pregnancy package. Enjoy!

We are in the same shoes. I've even gone to the hospital twice some months ago, because I felt my baby girl was kicking too much. My son didn't kick like this. If you are with me, you can practically see my stomach taking different shapes.
Anytime I go for scan, its football season for her. She will move and kick and set bumbum. The sonographer is always laughing.
There is a way I would sit, and she would start nudging my pelvic region with her head, as if to say "Mummy pls sit well and stop pressing my head". I can't even stay too long in the toilet, she will push my vjay until I rush and get up.
I thought girls were calmer to be honest

have u noticed that once it crossed ur mind that baby has not kicked for a while, he/she will kick immediately? Just to cool ur mind, God is great.

Babies are wonderful and God is Great and awesome, using that to calm mamas nerves.

I heard baby girls kick up a storm more than baby boys but become calmer than the boys when they arrive to live with us.

Girls kick too no get part 2 o, In fact I am experiencing more kicks with this pregnancy than when I was carrying a boy.

sometimes, I have to be begging her to pls rest for a while cos the kicking is so strong and sometimes painful. At time, she will hang somewhere and be pushing bombom

God didn't make mistake by creating me as a woman. Its the best gender ever.

Sweetiem my glorious lo is not only kicking but bouncing in the Lord. I had been complaining of too much kicking and yesterday he decided to only kick few times. Now I'm begging him to resume his old pattern of consistent kicking.
I'm saying the baby is a boy because the kicking no be here when he remembers me. Or do girls kick that steady too? Na wah

That's how it is, when the kicking is too much esp at night, you want him/her to stop but when the baby is quiet, you become worried, na so.
Mbok stop disturbing my precious, leave him to rest small, that kicking is a big work out for them.

I sit outside in short dresses most evenings so I can enjoy natural breeze but I have stopped mbok since i learnt that preg women bodies are magnets to mosquitoes.

Mama well done, i remember honeypie very well, she charged me 60something k then for her/his so called protocol for fibroid then but God saved me via Blendy77 that busted her abi him b4 I could pay, I was so desperate to melt those fibroids and get pregnant then

How are we all doing?
I've been good but very busy with work. So I apologise for not always taking our roll call.
I've taken my 2nd TT shot and have begun my intermittent antimalarial drug. I'll be finding my baby's sex next week by God's grace. He/she is kicking very fine.

I'd love feedback from y'all on how you're faring. Even if you can't, a simple hello would suffice. So I know you're good.

We have 18-22wks left. Isn't that encouraging? Only 3months to November. I'm ecstatic!
Hope we've begun shopping, especially first time moms. May God provide money for us to prepare well for the arrival of our babies. Amen.
