Though i am getting pain relieve injections, it comes back when the injection wears off though not as strong as before. The doctor says it'll clear in 72hours, google says similar thing.

I started broccoli immediately after exclusive. Depending on the Yoghurts, unsweetened(probiotic precisely) is best recommended for them you can start from 8months because yoghurts are diary, you have to let your baby's digestive system mature for it. My thoughts.

As for the cough and carrthar, I mixed lemon and honey in warm water and it worked . the carrthar, doctor prescribed piriton but he told me to take it only when I'm unable to manage it. you can use Robb inhaler too. he said that's ok

Heard my baby's heart beat today at 6weeks2days. It was so emotional for me that I cried. God , the feeling is out of this world. in all my pregnancies, this is the first time of hearing a heartbeat. God is forever faithful.

for mamas that are worried that they don't have any preg symptoms , well ,worry no more. I've not had any and baby is healthy.
