It doesn’t matter and as for the eligibility that’s yet to begin, it’ll change once you get an update; be it medical request or bvl

If not then it’s definitely a technical issue with the site

I have been seeing a form like that called IMM1071b or so, do I need to take that to the doctor and can I get a link to download the medical form.

You only get that form if it’s sent to you I think.. that is if the embassy requests a medical exam from you, after you must have submitted your application.
But if you’re going for upfront medicals, which is usually before your application, you don’t need that form.

My LOE was just a page, straight to the point, I guess over complexity of documentation should be avoided. For LOE, my name, age, previous degree, the degree I'll be going for, the college and where it's located, reason for going for the degree. And acknowledging that my parents would be fully responsible for my upkeep throughout my stay in canada.

This is because I've always been of the notion that once you receive medical instructions you application is as good as approved pending the medical is passed.

Yes o... it’s usually a positive development but not always a guarantee that the visa will be approved.
However, it means approval MOST of the time.

I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.


In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that.

so, i submitted a fake bank account.

Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this.

Wow, in my own opinion, I’ll advice you just forget about Canada for now. Because you will seem very desperate and will consequently be refused.
I mean someone getting banned for study permit application then switching to express entry
I dunno if you’re even correct about being able to apply to Canada at all sef... but if you’re correct

The truth is you guys should stop pressuring cic, let them do their due diligence peacefully, it is already established that there's numerous applicants, will they kill themselves?? Worse come to worst, u defer please don't tempt them to do haphazard work because it won't favour anyone at all so enough of the complaints already please.

Her agent is telling her she doesn’t need to, is that true ?.

Depends on when the person applied
The medical results are valid for a year
So if it’s less than a year ago she had the test, then yes.. there’s no need

June applicants have just gradually started getting response... and that you mentioned your case here doesn’t mean it has not been happening
Because I know lately people have been getting approved but trust me... there are people who probably have been getting Unfortunate responses but did not post out of shame and what have you.
